  3. Dennis Pornel on November 17, 2020 at 3:41 pm

Did you experience any audio sync delays when watching movies? Is there a way to adjust it?

  4. Mr Nobody on November 17, 2020 at 3:44 pm

it doesn’t come with brackets, better buy JBL 5.1 or 9.1 soundbar

  5. saiyanzzrage on November 17, 2020 at 3:45 pm

no passthrough is a massive bummer…would be perfect otherwise for what I am looking for. All 4 of my HDMI ports are filled on my TV

  6. Deveal Stone on November 17, 2020 at 3:48 pm

That Vizio soundbar has connectivity issues

  7. David Mander on November 17, 2020 at 3:49 pm

  8. Bob Morawski on November 17, 2020 at 3:49 pm

Any plans for a firmware update for this soundbar to support DTS:X?

  9. 4leafclover on November 17, 2020 at 3:49 pm

Sorry your tv is tiny. Time to upgrade.

  10. Victor Wang on November 17, 2020 at 3:51 pm

800 bucks ! No thanks. I don’t care how good it is

  11. Buddhika Peiris on November 17, 2020 at 3:52 pm

What’s your openion on B&O sound stage ??

  12. Dennis Pornel on November 17, 2020 at 3:53 pm

Sound wise for movies. Sonos Arc with sub and surrounds or Nakamichi Shockwafe 9.2.4? Anyone hear both setups? I’m trying to decide between the two.

  13. hyou zan ren on November 17, 2020 at 3:53 pm

TV look… Small compare with the sound bar!

  14. Willem Jongeneelen on November 17, 2020 at 3:55 pm

By separate bracket, … I used two screws and it sits just fine for my playbar. Save that $79.

  15. Hamdc on November 17, 2020 at 3:57 pm

Question: have you heard of any lip sync issues with the Arc? I have a 2019 LG C9 oled tv which has eArc apparently. If so, that would be a deal breaker for me.

  16. GONZALO gomez on November 17, 2020 at 4:00 pm

Does my tv need to have dolby atmos to get the best sound with this soundbar? My tv has dolby digital plus

  17. Hamood Al Zadjali on November 17, 2020 at 4:02 pm

    You lost me at 800$

  18. foxroano9t on November 17, 2020 at 4:03 pm

I have an Xbox one x and a LG 4K HDR tv. So this soundbar sounds great for me.

  19. AK K on November 17, 2020 at 4:04 pm

Keep in mind folks who don’t have an e_arc port on their tv (most TVs 2018 and prior) won’t get Atmos and the sound quality will be lacking. I was really looking forward to this new offering from Sonos too!

  20. Bryan Murillo on November 17, 2020 at 4:05 pm

Might get this one over the sennheiser ambeo soundbar because you said it’s a better deal/value

  21. Adrian Lopez on November 17, 2020 at 4:05 pm

Would like to see the Sonos Arc Bowers Wilkins formation bar . Which is better and Why ?

  22. Andrew Moran on November 17, 2020 at 4:05 pm

So, is the HDMI port on the Arc eARC-enabled?

  23. Karan Amin on November 17, 2020 at 4:06 pm

Rah the echo is so bad

  24. Ruben Gonzalez on November 17, 2020 at 4:07 pm

Question Cnet. How many more height speakers can you add to the setup if any?

  25. David Mander on November 17, 2020 at 4:10 pm

Who needs Google or Alexa assistant?! Just over-the-top tech for people to show off with…. Waste of time!!

  26. CaptainHoom on November 17, 2020 at 4:11 pm

can you please compare it with theΒ Bose Soundbar 700?

  27. Vistas AntioqueΓ±as on November 17, 2020 at 4:14 pm

This bar is compatible with earc?, is that I see that it’s just Arc. This or earc samsung Q90?

  28. Stephen Byford on November 17, 2020 at 4:15 pm

How can he tell it sounds so good when he is in a echo chamber?
It will sound good as it’s Sonos but I could not take his word that is sounds better than anything else

  29. Randy Li on November 17, 2020 at 4:18 pm

    The Sonos Arc…Arc..Arc..Arc..Arcccc

  30. Charles Crowley on November 17, 2020 at 4:18 pm

I just want it back in stock so I can buy it already!!!!!

  31. David Mander on November 17, 2020 at 4:19 pm

$800 for a soundbar… πŸ˜†πŸ˜† Enjoy your home theatre with this overpriced tech…..

  32. Stephen on November 17, 2020 at 4:20 pm

    Thing is horrible looking

  33. cijo james on November 17, 2020 at 4:21 pm

How to connect subwoofer to soundbar

  34. The Lord of Guidance on November 17, 2020 at 4:21 pm

Sonos is failing in a lot of areas. Still no true play feature for os devices. Also no DTS support. I understand more people stream movies but people still use blu ray. Samsung and LG although not as good looking has everything Sonos has and more.

  35. TylerTron21 on November 17, 2020 at 4:24 pm

Try this music please. See if you can get the bar to distort. King creosote- Bats in the attic @ 1:43. Daft Punk – Loose yourself to music (almost all volume levels distort). Busta Rhymes – Put your hands where my eyes can see. Julian Convex – Intro. Matt Maeson – Put it on me. Just a few songs of many that will ruin this bar. EQ off, loudness off, true play on. Not wall mounted. Any volume above 40%. My ARC sounds awful on music. Look up muddy bass and there are numerous complaints πŸ™

  36. Andrew Hendrycks on November 17, 2020 at 4:26 pm

I just don’t trust Sonos anymore. I told my Dad years ago to get in on Sonos for ease of playing music in the house and then we preceded to get the Playbase for him on release. Everything ‘works’ but when it has any issues, you can hardly fix anything yourself. With any other setup I can go over and quickly fix everything up, not so much with this ‘Apple’ style of a company. I get the same issue with their Eero Mesh router setup. You can’t even port forward a range, you have to forward EACH port separately.

  37. David Mander on November 17, 2020 at 4:26 pm

Better to do a good dolby digital 5.1 then a poor excuse for dolby atmos

  38. James G on November 17, 2020 at 4:26 pm

What lamp is that at 1.29

  39. madpwnz on November 17, 2020 at 4:28 pm

How this is compared to Sennheiser Ambeo?

  40. Kenneth Ticich on November 17, 2020 at 4:28 pm

I’m not sure why everyone is falling all over themselves for this. It’s crazy expensive when you add just the sub, and ludicrous when you add the surround units. And it has 1 HDMI PORT! Yeah, that’s great it’s eArc, but that really limits it’s flexibility.

  41. Vita S. on November 17, 2020 at 4:29 pm

I have the old surround system of Sonos. Now I thinking about upgrading. Does someone knows if I also need to buy the new Sonos 1 speakers with touch and the new subwoofer which is also mentioned here? Or is it enough to only upgrade the ARC ???

  42. R A S K A L on November 17, 2020 at 4:29 pm

    Echo echo echo echo echo echo echo echo echo echo echo echo echo o o o o o o o o o

  43. MAsterTroll on November 17, 2020 at 4:29 pm

I’ll add my own non Sonos sub for free.

  44. Abhishek Patil on November 17, 2020 at 4:32 pm

Bought the Arc and returned it. Sounds garbage! Thud bass, quiet dialogues, no mids and bright highs.

  45. Alex Tejada on November 17, 2020 at 4:33 pm

Preorder my ARC arriving June 12. Currently I have the Beam, Two Sonos 1 and the Sub Speaker which is connected to 82" Samsung Q70. Can’t wait to install the ARC. The beam will go with my 43" Samsung in the Garage 😁😷

  46. MigGroningen on November 17, 2020 at 4:33 pm

Making a video about soundquality without any regard for soundquality. There are excellent videos on YouTube about how to make that echo go away, you know.

  47. adam prestidge on November 17, 2020 at 4:33 pm

LOL 800 dollar sound bar with a TCL TV

  48. Justin Clancy on November 17, 2020 at 4:33 pm

I went beam 2 ones and a sub almost same price but feel a more dynamic sound

  49. HolyBoredom on November 17, 2020 at 4:33 pm

It’s your uptalk more than the echo that I find horrendous.

  50. John Robinson on November 17, 2020 at 4:35 pm

The Playbar is mounted upside down. Reference Sonos’ own website. It does make a difference because of the remote transmitter and the angle of the drivers.
