  23. Nilo Baranda on December 4, 2020 at 8:36 pm

I’m glad I made the right decision with my LG. It stood side by side with a Samsung in the showroom and I’m glad I trusted my eyes with the vibrant LG screen.

  24. Garrett Cyr on December 4, 2020 at 8:36 pm

Hey Linus you should review some hisense TVs, I bought mine because of the warranty but I got a 65 inch tv and it’s 4K and works pretty well in my opinion. And plus they have a 5 year warranty.

  25. DDvlogs ray on December 4, 2020 at 8:36 pm

Really hard to understand, don’t think you’re helping this baby boomer. 🥴 instead of saying this one, or this one. Always say the name please. 👎

  38. Aerox ⁣ on December 4, 2020 at 8:50 pm

For me, the most important feature is not necessarily the resolution or frame rate – But it’s the capability of the built in OS. It has to support a wide range of streaming services – like Netflix, Youtube, Google Play Movies, Disney+ etc. I’m tired of Smart TV’s with a "Premium app section" where only a few selected providers are available (in order words – only the ones I do not use and doesn’t want to use either).

I know I can just buy an Apple TV or install Kodi on a Raspberry Pi. But I prefer not having to connect any additional devices to the TV.

  39. RedVegas on December 4, 2020 at 8:56 pm

Lmao, I have my tv mounted above my fireplace!

  41. Frank Barone on December 4, 2020 at 8:58 pm

Why can’t I find just a good simple TV with no Ethernet port, google or android apps?
I want a UHD 4k TV 65" LED Full array back lit, 120 refresh rate, with HDMI, antenna, composite, and cable inputs only.
Its so simple, and I can’t find one. There are some computer monitors with these features but they are way too expensive.

The Samsung HAS a Game Mode, but it is hidden in the ‘General’ section of the TV.

Watching a video for Budget TVs that cost less than $400 sponsored by a keyboard that cost $200…

  47. SF Videos on December 4, 2020 at 9:03 pm

Can someone please point me to a place where actual VIEWING ANGLES are listed, rather than just saying "decent viewing angle" or similar?
I’ve quickly found that it is very hard to pick out my first 4K television. I’d like something under $500 if possible, and think I’d prefer IPS over VA. And it should last for at least 10 yrs. Thanks very much.

  48. Alan Andreasen on December 4, 2020 at 9:05 pm

Smooth motion high frame rate tv is awesome! you guys are way off base.

  49. A Frisky Pigeon on December 4, 2020 at 9:06 pm

14:09 This is the fundamental issue with technology nowadays.

  50. Russell Warwick on December 4, 2020 at 9:06 pm

I would class myself as a tech nerd but so glad I’ve never got to much into screen details, colors and settings e.c.t. Imagine going to your girlfriends parents house watching some TV with them and being so annoyed you have to sit down and change there how setup   😂😂
