I just need a help guys, we bought new laptop from https://fr-store.acer.com/acer-swift-3-ordinateur-portable-ultrafin-sf314-57g-gris-2
We are trying to get informations about the memory type using cpu-z but we couldn’t.
It displays only 16GB of RAM, no informatios about the type (lpddr4x) , the spd the CAS latency, the channel…. Is that normal?
We found also overheat temperature and we returned the product for repairing. But acer didn’t fix the problem. Acer just said that the memory is 16GB, temperature is normal.
Can anyone help me. it is a new laptop

Matt: "Hi, I’m Matt the Video Producer."
Blur: "Hi, I’m using blurry video and a bad microphone, listen to my terrible audio set up for the next 20 minutes."
Matt: "Apparently I’m not doing my job as video producer to make sure the visual and audio quality are up to snuff…"
    Blur: "You certainly aren’t."

It’s called taking the piss, gents.

You have a negative that the XPS 13 has no thunderbolt 3. It has 2 of them. How did you miss that?

MATT Philips sounds very CLEAR & PROFESSIONAL !
    … MATTHEW Hanson…
    You sound terrible.
Am i the ONLY ONE noticing this.
    … Since youre a "professional" I would THINK you could afford a BETTER setup !! 🙄 😒

  12. andy hughes on December 22, 2020 at 11:51 pm

Perhaps techradar could take a leaf out of his own book and get a better mic. It sounds awful and the picture quality is just as bad.

  13. BobEckert56 on December 22, 2020 at 11:51 pm

You would think at LEAST Techradar would know how to do this kind of video with the best sound and video. Credibility just flushed down the loo
