do not listen to Consumer Reports do not listen to your salesperson you want to know the truth about appliances call your local Service Company and talk to them. but they probably won’t tell you the truth because they’re so scared of losing their franchises that they are literally forced to defend something they truly don’t care about all because of their stupid jobs. that’s where I come in that’s why I’m doing what I do. right now the worst appliances on the market is Samsung and whirlpool.
The actual magazine tests all levels of appliances. This top picks selection is all appliances that all cost about twice as much as appliances most people buy, making it useless for most people.
Please read and stay away from Maytag products. After 3 years 3 for 3 new appliances have failed, and the same issue is all over the internet. All purchased in Canada, and all were brand new. This is a company the makes disposable appliances, and does not stand behind its product lines..
In terms of small appliances that are made in the USA, did you guys look at those Will It Blend blenders? BlendTec?
But how long do they last???? Let’s just skip reliability!
Samsung are the worst fridges and have the most complaints against it.
Can’t say the same as american made Chrysler tho
For a Stand Mixer I would much rather get the Swiss Ankarsrum.
But in reality people buy LG and Samsung appliances (at Home Depot, Lowe’s, Best Buy, Fry’s, etc.) and they are not cheap.
Unfortunately the Bosh and many of the Whirlpool appliances they showed actually rate at the bottom of their lists for reliability and owner satisfaction.

Who has the best warranty and backs their products the longest??? All the features in the world don’t matter if they break in two weeks!!!!! Who is Consumer Reports really working for us or the appliance brands!!!!
