FF Advent Children: Fair, but holy dog shit was the voice acting stiff. Emote once in a while guys. This drove me crazy.
Resident Evil: A good movie for what it was, a Zombie horror. It’s just a shame that it went so wrong so fast with literally any of the sequels.
Silent Hill: Better then the majority of horror movies produced these days since horror can be very cheap to make and literally anyone will give it a go.
Mortal Kombat: See Resident Evil. Not bad, but it all when horribly off track in the sequel. It’s super cheesey, but what do you want, it’s a kung fu style movie, that comes with the territory.
Street Fighter 2 Animated: Honestly, I haven’t actually seen this one. Sorry.
So I guess this is before sonic or detective pikachu
What about the Need for Speed movie with Aaron Paul? As an avid fan of the Need for Speed franchise, that movie was so perfect.

This is going to be an unpopular opinion but I think the Need for speed movie was amazing

What about Ready Player One or Wreck-It Ralph?
Silent hill is first for me
What about the *Professor Layton* film, "Professor Layton and the Eternal Diva"? That was by far the best! It was great for newer viewers(Except one thing but it actually isn’t that confusing without context). All the characters are perfect, the animation looks exactly like the cutscenes from the game, the gameplay is mixed perfectly into the movie so it doesn’t feel tacked on and the movie sticks to the same storyline as the games! The only real problem with it is that its a bit complex in places(though that’s honestly staying faithful to the games) and the voice acting is a bit odd, but isn’t that terrible.
People honestly needed to talk about this film more, it’s so freaking good.
Silent hill was excellent.

Final fantasy was a pretty damn good movie even though I never played a single level of a final fantasy game
Now this list needs an update with films such as Detective Pikachu and Sonic.

There are some movies you forgot. Detective Pikachu, Rampage, Sonic The Hedgehog, Tekken Blood Vengeance, Resident Evil Degragation, Resident Evil Damnation, Resident Evil Vendetta, and Mortal Kombat Legends: Scorpion’s Revenge.
Advent Children: "While not a DIRECT adaptation of Final Fantasy VII" Yeah… it’s called a sequel.
Silent Hill, Resident Evil and Mortal Kombat are the best ones for me

Are the Tekken movies any good?
Mortal Kombat budget 18 million. MK 2 30 million dollar budget, I wanted my money back.
They should update the list and add Sonic and Detective Pikachu.
Tekken, Warcraft, Sonic, Doom, Detective Pikachu, Street Fighter, and (dont judge me. It’s a guilty pleasure film for me) Super Mario Bros.(again, dont judge)

Before the Pikachu movie The Blizzard one was the most successful video game ùovie of all time !
Warcraft wasn’t the Lord of the Rings but it was entertaining !
