You list as a fan’s cons that it’s "louder than average" but still read from the manufacturers sales pitch that it has "near-silent operation". Why?

It sounds like you are just repeating the manufacturer’s claims without mentioning that they are indeed the manufacturer’s claims, not yours.

Anyone for Lian Li UNI fans?

0:25 Actually, oddly enough, the better cooled the pc is, the hotter your room gets. Think of the pc case like an oven that is always producing heat, now when air flows through it, it transfers that heat to outside of the case.
Technically speaking, if your pc was completely sealed, your room would be cooler than if it had amazing airflow. It wouldn’t run at all though because it would overheat instantly.

Corsair has the worst fans if you want airflow which you want from a fan. Summary its not no.1.

You need a pop filter for your microphone. The hard S sounds remind me of the gopher from Disney’s Pooh bear.

Here’s a list that helped me out.
In the end, I went with #2.

    Hi, a year later now.

I’m looking at the DeepCool CF120. What do you think of these?
(I’d prefer A-RGB fans that work straight off Gigabyte motherboards with RGB Fusion 2).

“If your case fans aren’t working properly it would increase the ambient temperature of your room.”
Your room is the heat sink for your computer, the ambient temperature should rise if your fans are working…

Man this is 2020 and noctua still has the same ugly design, those brown and white, they need to hire a good designer..

Too bad, they always delivered great performance..
