  5. LeatherHub on November 18, 2020 at 2:57 pm

I was just trying to get an idea about single threaded performance. Who cares about fast compression, rendering on CPU, more useless cores so they could be used on half performance when rendering video? You guys should learn a bit more about software that people actually use.

  6. Carlos on November 18, 2020 at 2:58 pm

Got 2600, for 1440p with my 2060s. My B450 Carbon AC can take a 3700x or even 3800x so I can upgrade later, for now I am happy.

  7. Evol on November 18, 2020 at 3:00 pm

Do you think it is worth upgrading from an i5 9600k to an i5 10600k?

  8. Fairladyz on November 18, 2020 at 3:00 pm

Too bad the 3100x and 3300x didn’t release as they were supposed to..3100x’s are almost always at the $120 range and the 3300x is impossible to find for under $175 USED!
I guess scumbags will always scam morons.

  9. Chesties on November 18, 2020 at 3:01 pm

Lets hope AMD can doo what they did in the CPU market with the GPU market, Nivida needs to be taken down a peg before they continue to drive the prices up more then they already have over the past 3 generations.

I am rather interested in making my very own PC Built… But these technical mumbo jumbo is a major turn off for me, like Is this Intel thingy compatible with this specific motherboard, or Ryzen? What the heck is "Overclocking" where does this wire go for power supply,
It’s these things i am more inclined in purchasing a 3 Grand 17" Laptop… which i just did with RTX 2070 albeit Laptop’s Monitor has 144hz with G-Sync enabled. with intel i7-8700 3.20Hz

  16. Mac McDonald on November 18, 2020 at 3:05 pm

I would love to see some kind of comparison between the Ryzen 3600, 3700 and the equivalent Intel processor(10600?) for the purposes of Streaming thru OBS or similar software.

My i5 4690k is really dating itself

  32. Wallstreet Leviathan 5.0 on November 18, 2020 at 3:28 pm

Which is better, Intel i7-247,900k or the AMD Ryzen Threadripper Xtreme 149,700X?! Lol
I did like the 3600 enough to buy it as I needed to upgrade from an i5-4570 and GTX 760. My 760 worked great for day trading but had issues playing WOW so i Also went with the Asus ROG 1650 Super.. I paid a bit more because I needed another card that has 4 outputs, that came with a back plate, and could handle Battle for Azeroth in 1080 high settings.

  33. 0MythicPenguin0 on November 18, 2020 at 3:30 pm

  44. Hardware Unboxed on November 18, 2020 at 3:46 pm

Please note my comments regarding the Ryzen 5 3600 price increasing back to $200 US were wrong, it has actually dropped slightly further to $167 US. This really changes nothing in the video, but just wanted to clarify that for anyone I might have confused.

  45. Daniel Evans on November 18, 2020 at 3:47 pm

Hey guys in currently looking to make an rtx 3070 build and I’m thinking of pairing that with a ryzen 5 3600 however I’ve been told that as a safety precaution I should get a cpu with integrated graphics I’ve done as small but of research but there is no definitive answer just looking for some advice? Thanks for any help.
