I’ve had 2 ROG strix G7’s now (the first one i had to exchange because of a dead pixel within a month of buying it) and both of them have had missing key stroke issues. I typed the first line repetitively and the lines below were all of the ones that had "glitched". They replaced the keyboard parts and the issue remains, so its some type of performance issue. I highly do no recommend this product.

Good work
I really liked this Asus machine at first — but I have had problems with the fans continually. I had service insurance with Best Buy but it ended last year when the covid struck and I couldn’t get service. I paid $1500 for this computer. I have replaced the fans once, and now I have clean them every 30 days or so. My second Asus–but never again.

Asus quality and after sales are questionable ! I spent 40 days to fix laptop was defective on arrival while it was new. Retuned back the the retail shop in 24 hours!
Asus received it twice and seller 3 times. Every time they are claiming that no problem found! Finally, 2 mother boards and 1 battery have been replaced!
Asus should have replaced the laptop. Box, catalog and internal laptop foam plus internal cartoon separator foam have been returned back and they are still claiming that more box contents are missing which is not true !
I bought the Expertbook B9400 and was (and still am) blown away by the ridiculous weight, or should I say weightlessness of the thing. The battery life is decent too if you put the laptop on airplane mode – I can easily get 17 hours of work using Microsoft office. It’s the lightest laptop in its class with a 14 inch display.
