Top 30 BEST Games of the Decade – Part 1
This is a great time to look back on the past few years of the video games industry for multiple reasons. Not only is the current console generation coming to an end, but so too is the current decade, and you only need to reminisce for a little while to realize that it’s been an eventful few years.
There have been countless excellent game releases over the past decade, with games that have defined genres, games that have changed genres, or even some games that have created genres. Looking back on the past ten years and trying to make a list of what we feel were their 30 best games is, thus, a herculean task, but it’s one that we’re going to undertake nonetheless.
In this two part feature, we’ll be listing out our thirty favourite games from the beginning of 2010 to the end of 2019, counting down from No. 30 right down to what we feel is the game of the decade.

Did you guys really put Uncharted 4 over Arkham City and Spider-man over GTA5?
Uncharted 4 was absolutely amazing but I don’t think it’s the best game in the series like you said at 10:40. Also, I would’ve put Horizon Zero Dawn above it.
Edit: Spider-Man PS4 is great but it’s not nearly as good as Batman Arkham City.

Return To Arkham had one job and it failed it. Neither of it looks better than the original except maybe the raindrops on Batman’s cape.
This game has a good list, but i feel like one game series that has gone fairly unnoticed this decade is Danganronpa. Its not underrated or unpopular by any means, its just less well known within the gaming world. I feel like it brought quite a bit to the table, like a visual novel but with so many more game mechanics that set it apart from other games. I think it’s a great series that needs more love from the wider game community than it currently gets, but i get that some people just dont like that sort of game and i respect that 🙂
