Cellmapper and Nperf also have good maps, and Cellmapper is updated a lot more than RootMetrics in the areas most relevant to me.

Thanks for the great videos you post here on youtube and happy new year ! 2021 is going to be a interesting year in the wireless industry with Verizon and AT&T battling for each other’s customer’s ! It’s really going to come down to pricing since all the networks are improving ! Just my opinion and thanks again for the info !

Something to mention is the RootMetrics map shows Roaming as native coverage. It shows T-Mobile as having coverage in most of Nebraska, when in reality they’re below 2%. In the East Coast AT&T is the coverage Leader actually, as Verizon is dead in nearly all of West Virginia and 1/2 of Kentucky (will be filled in with Bluegrass Acquisition) but RootMetrics shows it as Verizon native coverage for both states. AT&T also has less network people testing than Verizon and T-Mobile by a significant number, so crowdsourced maps aren’t as updated for them as the other 2.

I have At&t now .but was on verizon 9!years . 2020 was my first year on at&t and live in California in los angeles. I honestly have had better signal and data speed on at&t all over california I’ve gone from san Diego to Sacramento than I ever did on verizon . And when I went to visit family in Seattle , chicago and teneese at&t worked a lot better in those other states than when I had verizon . Yet some people still argue with me when I tell them at&t has worked better than verizon . Also another thing I noticed about at&t that inside buildings , hospitals , elevators , underground parking lots ,highrise buildings it maintains a better signal and it works . Verizon always especially here in LA in all those places i mentioned signal would get VERY crappy once I stepped in there and it had a very hard time and if it did work data was painfully slow and calls would usually drop after a while . I thought maybe this past year they had improved 3 days ago I went wit a friend that has verizon we went to home depot here in LA and she showed me deep in the store she had no signal bars and couldn’t call or use data so I said to myself oh dam I guess they haven’t improved since I left them haha , i meanwhile had 3 bars of working lte data and calls on at&t in that same store she had nothing.
Well I got a feeling AT&T has the best universal coverage now that Quinn warner blew parts of their equipment up in to low earth orbit
I live in Southern California. Moved from T-Mobile to Verizon and I’m actually happy that I moved. Of course, area varies. T-Mobile can be better than Verizon in certain places etc.
