Thousands of angry consumers say faulty and failing Samsung refrigerators should be recalled

Thousands of consumers across the country complain their newer model Samsung fridges can’t stay cold. Some say they’ve spent months fighting for repairs and or a refund.

    She says "Why the government don’t do anything?" Well my fellow American slave let me break it to you. THE USA IS NOT A COUNTRY OR A GOVERNMENT FOR THE PEOPLE. THE US IS A CORPORATION AND THAT CORPORATION WORKS ON BEHALF OF OTHER CORPORATIONS AND THE RICH. You are not in their list of priorities. All the Appliances brands are doing this its called Planned Obsolescence. They manufacture low quality goods with cheap materials that have a lifespan of 2 to 5 years. And thanks to our great capitalism we don’t have competition anymore. Now only a few own everything. Like Whirlpool that owns KitchenAid, Maytag, Amana, Jenn-Air, and ConsulForget. They eliminate competition and forget anti trust laws or monopolies they own the government in other words they do as they please. We are in a different kind of capitalism a capitalism that only work for the corporations, wall street and the rich not the consumer. God bless all those Americans that have a good heart.

    My refrigerator freezer died on me on Sunday March 12, 2022 without any signed. Today, Tuesday (after 2 days), a Samsung authorized serviceman came and in less than 10 minutes diagnosed with Samsung Center over the phone, he said it’s the seal system issues and he couldn’t fix it. It would be another company which can do the seal system repair. My refrigerator is just a little bit over 6 years old. The model is exactly same as the news showed. I am still waiting for Samsung to give a solutions.

    Just don’t buy any Samsung products, i have a friend who had most all samsung household items. After 3-4 years (of course warranty started to expire on some of it) started to break, one by one issues appear. The fridge ice maker broke, temperature was not stable. His washing machine was noisy plus kept having errors, it goes on. She and her husband spent thousands to fix it. But just gave up. Eventually they had samsung take the items and had partial refund.

    Samsung refrigerator quality is horrible. My ice maker broke. Now it is the freezer. Customer service is incompetent and can not honor their warranty.

    My fridge has heavy condensation which grows mold very easily. The mold is mostly hidden under the lowest panel which I never use, so I only find it out after having it for four years! Iā€™m so shocked to see the condensation and mold coming back only after two weeks of through cleaning and sterilization. Never gonna buy anything from this brand.

    We jave have a Samsung Refregator got up this morning is is down, I thought the freezer part was still freezing but no my ice and everything is melting it says 34 degrees inside and the freezer 0. But the inside is 63 degrees. I will never bring a Samsung appliance in my house again. So it is pure junk. 2000 dollars for junk

    šŸ„ŗ yes it says right on the door 10 yr Compressor warranty. Just shoot me. Itā€™s been making noise & itā€™s always running. May shut off but not long after it goes back on & it sounds like a motor boat. Itā€™s jut 1 1/2 yrs weā€™ve had it. Great!

    My Samsung fridge freezer is really good and I have had it for 8years with no problems. And it came with a 10year warranty.

    So ridiculous. Literally the worst company to deal with ever.
    Our fridge is 6 mos old and it gets so hot on the outer box, randomly, that you can’t touch it. Samsung can’t find a problem. We sent videos and everything.
    Burning smell stinks up the house.
    Samsung specialty claims is a joke. They seriously do not care at all.
    Last night we finally gave up and purchased a new refrigerator for our sanity..lesson learned. They lost us as a customer for life. Electronics, cellphones, appliances…DONE

    I got my fridge from the Thrift store. I paid $100 for it and I’ve had it for 5 yrs now. No problems. I’m sorry for all the people who purchased Samsung.

    When I bought my house a year ago, it came with a "suite" of Samsung appliances. The dishwasher died last summer, replaced by an American brand. The electric range burners work intermittently and the controls are both confusing and difficult to modulate. My fridge makes ice when it feels like it and the freezer is so cold that the ice cream is like a brick, even at the warmest setting. Terrible products.

    My refrigerator makes knocking sound, twice, every five seconds. It did this for four days, and quit working altogether. Everything in the freezer and refrigerator, I had to throw out.
    I called a repair person, they unplugged it, plugged it back in, and it started cooling again.
    That was about two months ago. Now, it is making the knocking sound again.

    Yes!!!! 3 months! 6 repairs and still wonā€™t replace or refund. Just spent 3700 on a new non Samsung refrigerator.

    I fix appliances for a living I cringe when they say Samsung cause I know Iā€™m going to someoneā€™s house charge them money and itā€™s never fixed even with Samsung kits designed to fix a specific problem like thier ā€œfrozen ice maker kitā€ it still donā€™t work

    I would avoid buying Samsung at all cost. Got myself refridgerator that makes sounds louder than my 21 year old refridgerator and customer service is simply terrible. They claim it is feature rather than bug and basicaly told me that they dont care at all about noise and my satisfaction. Feel free to Youtube it and think is this device something uou want in your house

    Avoid Samsung at all cost

    Wow I thought I was the only one having these issues with the same brand and model refrigerator! Icemaker has been not working ever since we first bought it about 3 to 4 years ago. This is a very frustrating situation with the refrigerator over all.
