Which laptop should I get I’m a guy who doesn’t use his laptop all the time I have a gaming desktop for gaming I have an iPad that I’m replacing for a laptop to watch movies YouTube do some school work on the go or when I’m sitting on the bed and stuff or anywhere else the house and budget doesn’t matter unless it’s over $4k CAD I like the best of the best I don’t know which one too choose I like Mac and windows but Idk which is better for me help me choose guys by my needs I don’t do anything serious on my laptops i do serous things in on my gaming desktop I have I just want o use my laptop for normal use everyday I don’t edit or anything just watch movies or YouTube and do school work that’s it that’s mainly for what I need I have a rog strix g15 I’m gonna sell for 800$ like new only used for Like 3 months bought. It in sept and it’s really heavy to carry when I go out to meet family with my parents i just need something light that will exceed my needs help me find a laptop

Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 should be up there it’s a monster but also a god and it was on sale for 1199 with ryzen 9 4900hs and Rtx 2060
Loving the auros 15g, one thing I would complain about it is it’s software bugs however does offer allot for its money.

Apple is a gold standard? Maybe the gold standard in conning fanboys into buying their crap. Apple hasn’t made a decent laptop since 2015. They’ve all been trash since then. The keyboards are the cheapest in the industry and the touchbar is a joke. You’re stuck in dongle land with worthless USB-C ports, and the good battery life lasts about 3-months, at best. If you’re going to review the cheapest laptops on the market, you can start with Apple, and put all their models at the top of the list.
What about the Lenovo legion?

Good because my mom wants to get me a Macbook Air but I don’t want IOS. So since you said is you want a productivity/gaming laptop instead of the Macbooks/ if you’d want windows, pick the Razer Blade Stealth 13 (which is my dream laptop).Now I can prove to her that the Razer Blade Steath 13 is more worth it than Macbooks (for me).
