   I have it been had it 11 years. I was trapped due to data I use 100gb a month but now lots are coming out with larger plans. God I’ve got to change it has so much latency its unreal.

   Sprint is the Spirit of cell phones, the coverage and speed is trash I’ve been having so many issues with calls dropping, not receiving calls, and super slow "LTE". I’m switching to AT&T speed and coverage is better but hey you get what you pay for.

   I had T-Mobile and service was great everywhere EXCEPT my house, which was a huge let down for me. I also got 0 Perks since I was the only one on the phone line. Switched to sprint and now the service at my house is great, and decent everywhere else. I also got free prime, tidal and Hulu. I don’t regret switching at all.

    I’m currently struggling through a phone call with sprint, and the customer service is some of the worst that I’ve ever experienced. NOT WORTH $10/month if you have it. Go somewhere else.

    Hi I am looking for people interested in helping stop Sprint scamming people here is what happened You can’t imagine how terrifying this all is…

    Last year I returned a phone to Sprint right after setting it up when I found the person who made the sales call lied.

    He sent a car tracker that I told him I already had an autostart system that had tracking and I don’t need anything like that.

    Receiving that item that I definitely told him I did not want, got me to thinking he might have misrepresented the cost of

    the new iPhone as well, which he claimed I would get without raising the cost of my plan.

    when I called Sprint to verify, it proved my doubts were justified. I immediately sent it back not worried

    about it being setup with my information on it thinking that it would be mechanically wiped when received, and I was so

    irritated that I wanted to send it back ASAP.

    The same night my cryptocurrency accounts were hacked and wallets restored from information that was on that phone, my personal

    phone 816 (number removed) quit working I called Sprint and they were not able to fix it and told me to call again in the morning.

    this was Mach 9th on March 10th I called again and the tech said the sim numbers didn’t match what he had. I removed the sim and

    went through the reset he instructed me to do and the iPhone began to work again.

    Even though all this had happened I did not equate the robbery to that phone. It was only after repeated questions to Binance exchange that

    I finally began to put it all together. To login to Binance an app has to be used on my personal phone number (number removed) . The apps name

    is Authy then after repeated exchanges with Authy in which they assured me that there was a restore request from my phone number

    (number removed on the night my phone was not actually working, and the app put on another phone.

    This has been incredibly heavy for me every morning I wake up terrified again when I think of the huge loss, as cryptocurrencies tend

    to fluctuate radically I will just state on the day they were stolen there value was over 15,000.00

    So gathering all my thoughts on this has been very challenging because of the stress which I have I felt could actually cause me a stroke.

    I am over 60 years old as well as my wife, this would have the same or even worse effect on her something I don’t wish to put her through.

    Not only that but it could ruin our marriage, the only thing that has helped me keep it together through this is I don’t want her to hurt

    the way I am.

    Regardless if that phone was used or just stuff cloned off it and used later when the thief thought the coast would be clear, or how it was

    done the bottom line is Sprint allowed my phone to be turned off and another phone on my line which led to this theft but it all goes back

    to that phone. Who serviced that phone when it was returned? Who started service on another phone on May 9th and disconnected my

    phone. Sprint has the tools to accurately answer these questions and is responsible for allowing someone else to clone my phone.

    Considering all this I asked Sprint to do the right thing use their tools and find this thief. I didn’t want to add to the stress,

    but it appears Sprint wants to force me to go another direction and not do the right thing???

    what you said on SIM cards being specific for iPhone and other phones like that is absolutely wrong there is three standards when it comes to SIM card sizes standard size micro size and nano-sized the only things that you have to worry about when switching to different phones is the size of the SIM card and the network that the SIM card belongs to.other than that any SIM card as long as it fits will go in there if your phone is compatible with it with a carrier’s Network

    I contacted Verizon on "if I could switch to post paid as I am a pre paid customer and they said you would not qualify for $ 45 unlimited plan to be $ 60" although I have been a Verizon customer for over a year . The person I spoke with was named Claude .

    I really liked sprint for a year . Then suddenly it went crazy and I’ve been very unsatisfied with Sprint and they do not seem to care . They even admit to me that their tower in my area “ has an open ticket “ … and suggest I use WiFi or port my number to another carrier

    6:12 Please note that you cannot switch your high speed plan option when you select it. For example if you buy a $5 a day high speed option then you can’t buy a $25 week one when it expires. Idk why. But that was my experience in India.

    Sprint is good enough for those rocky guys who dont leave US, even if the one gets his ohone unlocked to be able to use it with another carrier, the data and internet will still not work, and if does, it will be so so slow that the browser takes five minutes to load, I recommend every one to avoid sprint in all cases, unless he likes sprint and willing to chang his phone once he gets abroad.

    i have the same phone as a family member, one hs verizon one has sprint, we used Speedtest to compare speeds: 68.3mbps on verizon, .60 on sprint (wouldnt connect the first few times) lol. the verizon phone pays $80 a month the sprint pays $160 a month.

    I remember back in the day when it was Sprint PCS. That is when the had the best coverage of Los Angeles. I eventually left them due to the slow internet and lack of coverage in even large cities.

    Sprint service is trash, honestly have dropped calls, every time I called to complain they would tell me they’re updating the towers in my area. I called him on it it said I’ve done my research in the tower update was done last year. they even drop my call when I was canceling my service to go with another company.

    Ths writing is on the wall for Sprint since merging with T Mobile. Its only been a few weeks and the customer service has already gone into unacceptable mode. Total joke to drive 60 miles to a Sprint store to find it closed at 1 in the afternoon after being told by customer service. Add that to putting up with severly throttled data half way thru each month. I will gladly pay more each month to A T & T for customer service that is actually customer service instead of Spints runaround and throttled data each month.
