Sir do you know which Samsung 43T5310 FullHD TV has ELED or DLED?

  3. Tumaini Tiger on October 31, 2021 at 11:25 am

No mention of oled image retention and burn in? I’m getting a new tv and as someone that uses my tv as a pc monitor, I’d never touch oled.

If you play games like fifa or do *anything* that will have the same elements on screen for extended periods, avoid oled or you will get problems after a year or so.

Samsung TVs are the best imho…but in my area the Samsung warranty working point scr**ed me so my next TV will NOT be Samsung, i’m really disappointed!

I literally own this tv and mine doesn’t have the little channels on the back for concealing the wires. Wtf?! I’m in the UK. Do you think it’s possible the back of the same tv will be slightly different in different countries?

  7. lonewolf assassin66 on October 31, 2021 at 11:29 am

This is a good tv but is out done by the qn94a and qn95a, the qn90a doesn’t have anti glare or good viewing angles, also the Samsung qn94a is only available in the UK sorry America, but If you have money to spend go with the qn95a.

I hear that new Samsung QLED TVs have advertisement banners on smart TV streaming that take up half the menu. Is that the case on this one? Also I hear that the banner can’t be disabled.?

Hello im looking to getting a new t.v. on black friday or near future. But i was wondering if you would be able to give me your top 3 tvs to look for. My concerns are looking at the screen from an angle and the screen gets dark and looking at it in the dark but i want to still be able to see the screen at a good light as some tend to darken too. Any advise. Thanks

I have a possibly dumb question and I would GREATLY appreciate any help. I was setting up my new QN90A today. It has the 4 hdmi ports. One is 2.1 and three are standard hdmi. I can ONLY plug into the 2.1, whether it’s my ps5, ps4, Xbox, cable box…anything I tried it will only plug into the one port. The other 3 absolutely do not fit. Should they not be all the same size? I feel like I’m taking crazy pills. I’m thinking it’s a manufacturing defect. OR I’m a moron somehow messing it up. Help please!!

  19. James Ramirez on October 31, 2021 at 11:41 am

I purchased this TV after seeing many a rave review (RTings, CNET, etc.) I will say for most content this TV performed as advertised. HDR movies from my Apple TV looked great, HOWEVER when watching sports I noticed during football games that the football would basically disappear when thrown horizontally across the screen. I began to play with every video setting I possibly could, and regardless the issue persisted. I can’t even imagine trying to watch hockey. If this was a budget TV I could live with the issue, but for an alleged top of the line option, this was unacceptable. I bought a budget 4K TV, and did not have the same issue.

  20. Scott Greenfield on October 31, 2021 at 11:41 am

For this comparison, if you want to use this as a computer monitor, there is simply no other choice than the QN90A. OLED burn in is almost 100% guaranteed if someone uses it as a computer monitor for multiple hours per day. Linus Tech Tips got pretty significant burn-in after only a few months of using the LG C1 as a monitor. I just can’t risk dropping thousands of dollars on a TV just for it to destroy itself with burn-in after a few months.

Picking mine up today from the store. Just delivered today. Super excited! Upgrading from an old Samsung plasma tv from 2013.

  28. Rodeo Bob on October 31, 2021 at 11:53 am

I have a 4 year old Samsung UN65JS8500 that has developed bright spots from LED diffusers coming unglued and falling down into the inside of TV so buyer BEWARE!

They’re kind a like a PlayStation 4 if you were going to get one you’re going to probably cost to do the same amount

Where is power button on tv

  35. Spitdogger on October 31, 2021 at 11:57 am

For $700 less than a 65" LG G1 it’s hard not to buy a Samsung QN90A. I don’t feel $700 is in the ball park though, it’s out of the ball park for sure.

  36. Anthony S. on October 31, 2021 at 11:58 am

Would this TV be too bright for viewing in a dark room ?

  37. Paul Paul on October 31, 2021 at 12:00 pm

This QLED would be great if 4K HDR processor X-1 will use.

  38. Lexie DGrooms on October 31, 2021 at 12:01 pm

For four I see it it might because like the PS4

  39. Joseph Dubiel on October 31, 2021 at 12:01 pm

This was a great review. Thanks. leaning towards one of these.

  40. Turbotef on October 31, 2021 at 12:01 pm

I bought this TV just to snub the OLED snobs.

OLED will be made obsolete with a few more iterations of mini LED/etc anyway.

WikiLeaks publishes the User Guide for CIA’s "Weeping Angel" tool – an implant designed for Samsung F Series Smart Televisions. Based on the "Extending" tool from the MI5/BTSS, the implant is designed to record audio from the built-in microphone and egress or store the data.

The classification marks of the User Guide document hint that is was originally written by the british MI5/BTSS and later shared with the CIA. Both agencies collaborated on the further development of the malware and coordinated their work in Joint Development Workshops.

  45. Vexed Hermit on October 31, 2021 at 12:05 pm

The off center Samsung branding is OCD torture. Splendid television though.

  46. EVMANVSGAS on October 31, 2021 at 12:08 pm

Or if you want to game on it or use your computer, you don’t have to worry about screen burn like the OLED has a problem with. That is why I choose it over the OLED.

  47. blang38 on October 31, 2021 at 12:09 pm

I just want to save a few bucks and not worry at all about image burn in. I mix use a tv but I play the same general games so worry about HUD’s burning in, etc.

Will never purchase a Samsung TV again. Look at the you tube repairs. I purchased a 50 in smart TV and installed in lower level which we use when company comes. Used maybe several times over a couple years. Then tv would not turn on. Then more problems on and off. Then back light problems. Service told me to throw it out. Too expensive to repair. NO MORE SAMSUNGS
