Was always a iPhone user from the original to the 6s then went over to android. I’ve lost all the interest into the flagship phones on offer at the moment, I think the SE is retro looking to me and I love the look… I’m going to wait for the new 12 but the basic and smallest one
Some people are missing the point of the SE it’s meant for people who don’t like the new designs but want the latest tech.

Yeah I think the whole point of the SE is it’s for People who don’t want to spend nearly double the money to upgrade. And don’t want all the Bells amd Whistles that come on the newest Flagship phones tgat $800+. It’s for someone like myself who likes using iOS and want a decent quality phone at an affordable price.
I have the Se (2016) and I’m thinking of upgrading to the SE 2020 as it’s great value for money and is a great size. I’m glad Apple have started to do the SE Line of Products and just recently bought the Apple Watch SE and am pleased with it. I’ll be getting the iPhone SE 2020 in Product RED in the near future. Thanks for the in depth review. To answer your question on the end: I am coming from the SE 2016, can’t afford the XR, but am a little wary of the battery life on the SE 2020. So, I am considering the 8 Plus as well…🤔 Which one would you recommend?

I came from a phone with buttons…that was just a phone and not even remotely smart. So tthis was a huge step change. And, so far I’m delighted. It does feel familiar in many ways as I already have an iPad.

I want to upgrade from an iPhone 6 to the new SE, is it worth it?
My current phone is a Moto G7 play. The SE is a definite upgrade. My phone has a Snapdragon 632 processor. I can’t wait to see how the A13 chip compares. It arrives later today. I also got the good news that my 2 favorite games are also available in the App Store. The one thing that bums me out is the lack of SD card slot and no headphone jack. It’s an acceptable compromise for the improved performance.

I switch from iPhone 11 Pro after 7 months and I don’t regret. Yeah, Pro had great camera but was too much heavy for me. I love my new SE. Everything is great. 👍🏻

I just picked one up today. Cricket Wireless has them on sale in store for $49 when you port over a number and get the $60 unlimited plan for your first month. $399 was already great but $49 is an absolute steal IMO. Thats less than most the garbage Android phones sell for these days. My main phone is a 12 Pro max. Ive been a big phone guy for years, but the 12 PM is just too big. Its sure nice to have one handed use back again and be able to reach into the corners. The A13 is still a great chip and the camera is pretty good in this too. Touch ID is a throwback and Id almost rather have the bezels than the stupid notch. Great size an weight. Feels like a feather compared to the 12 Pro Max and even the recent larger iPhones. I got red, the black on red combo is awesome. The SE might actually become my daily driver. Great little phone.

About the battery life I too was concerned with the small size as well, however It forced me to consider how much time I was spending on my phone and in a way it forced me to not be on my phone all day like I used to be which I appreciate. 5-6 hours of screen on time should be enough as that is a quarter of an entire day.

I got the iPhone 11 switched recently from android to iOS and I love it. I am thinking to get the new SE for my mother ,she is using Samsung S7 if I am not mistaking , I wonder if she would be happier with the iPhone SE 2020
