    Cook, Chefs, always use gas. Our Induction hotplate, Electrolux, does not cook evenly. 3 eggs in a fry pan, they all cook in separate times.

    I don’t like these induction. They break and scratch at work because people are rough with them, I just burned some carbon ( stuck to the bottom of a pan I didn’t even see) and scratched the glass trying remove it. My attitude is in a restraunt you’re hustling, tossing stuff around, pushing to get food out, mixing sauces all in a hurry not to be delicate why even. Gas it is for me. Sorry they look clean but are way to delicate for me because sometimes cooking gets rough
