How do you play music videos on it on a iPhone or screen mirroring

  2. Michael Malalay on October 24, 2020 at 8:17 pm

All of my engine text goes on my radio panel display Im afraid I wouldnt be able to get a feed back if I switch mine to this kind, Im using pontiac g6 2008. But is there any way I could transfer the WARNINGS to the touch screen?

  3. Rages on October 24, 2020 at 8:18 pm

    Does it still work?

  4. Benjamin Hawkhurst on October 24, 2020 at 8:19 pm

I bought one of these. The only problem I had was the constant wire melted the Hennessy it came in. I fixed it and had no problems since. Works great. I’m even using the RCA outputs for my sub.

  7. EPA18 on October 24, 2020 at 8:22 pm

Your video is good, but it confirms that for a layperson like me, this installment – which I would love to do on my Malibu – would be impossible. Way too difficult.

can you dimed the screen on the radio at night? or just turn off the screen?

  9. wassupBGHS on October 24, 2020 at 8:24 pm

As an audio installer, I HATE working with those radios, they are super light weight, cheap, wire color instructions aren’t clear enough and they never fit on dash kits!!!

  10. Qunice Toole on October 24, 2020 at 8:25 pm

Man that’s odd… there should’ve been a switched 12 volt red wire in the factory harness, whereas you wouldn’t have to tap into the HVAC wire, possibly causing a overload in the fuse circuit down the road, cuz when you reconnected the old radio it works just fine, I’ve installed aftermarket radio units w/ wire harnesses over the years and never had an issue like that, double check the wiring diagram, & making sure all wires correspond /match up! and it’s plug n play.

  11. James Jones on October 24, 2020 at 8:27 pm

I hooked everything up the same way but I have no sound coming out, any suggestions?

  12. Alex Kilpatrick on October 24, 2020 at 8:27 pm

I’d like to see you put that and the backup camera in a 97 f150 supercab

  13. Konakai4097 on October 24, 2020 at 8:29 pm

  15. Tom Martin on October 24, 2020 at 8:31 pm

    Thanks, great video, very informative.

  16. Benjamin Hawkhurst on October 24, 2020 at 8:31 pm

There should be a sticker on your factory head unit showing what all wires are. If not just look up your car. If you don’t know what wires are there and what they do, you should not be installing a stereo.

  17. MsJinkerson on October 24, 2020 at 8:32 pm

  24. Jayla B. on October 24, 2020 at 8:44 pm

  25. nicklaus77 on October 24, 2020 at 8:48 pm

  27. Garrett Cyr on October 24, 2020 at 8:48 pm

General Motors doesn’t have switched 12 volts. You have to get a pac unit.

  28. Manny Franco on October 24, 2020 at 8:48 pm

Great video bud, cheap radio for flip cars

  29. ssjFranky07 on October 24, 2020 at 8:50 pm

My camera says no signal. All wires are connected.

  30. Carlos on October 24, 2020 at 8:50 pm

One thing I miss on getting old cars when I was younger is learning the wiring to change out the radios.

  31. jefferi chang on October 24, 2020 at 8:54 pm

I just buy this for Bluetooth link and reverse camera. No need to mess with the software on the player as long as the sound work and link to your phone is good. Great to run with four speaker front and rear. No need android car player when you already got a great android on your phone. Just get a good phone holder that grip type and not suck cup.

  39. Billy L on October 24, 2020 at 9:04 pm

  40. Berto J on October 24, 2020 at 9:05 pm

Any recommendation on hooking up the back up camera? Got it for a trailblazer to flip, and wire seems a little short, I got it all wired up and ready to go. Just can’t seem to figure out how to place the camera.

  41. Manjot Singh on October 24, 2020 at 9:06 pm

Hi I had a singe din Stereo with similar socket as of this new double stereo.
I didn’t change the wiring or used any adapter.
Everything works fine but the only problem I am having is when I turn on the headlights, the screen goes blue and shows reversing at the corner considering i have not connected the camera. But can you please help me with specific color wire that i might need to change so that the screen does not go on reversing when i switch headlights on??

  42. jayson williams on October 24, 2020 at 9:07 pm

I had a Malibu classic. With a 3000 watt amp. I got so fast changing the stereo.

  49. Ammar Osaiweran on October 24, 2020 at 9:10 pm

Seems that the boot up of the device was very slow. Next time please do not cut that and make this issue visible to other people because they will buy the device and then get surprised with the slow annoying boot up time

  50. wingsley on October 24, 2020 at 9:11 pm

I wonder if this would work with my father’s 2001 Astro…
