    Hi Kevin, I have Microsoft 2016 installed on my computer. I am taking an Access class and had to download Office 365 to be able to have Access 2019. I signed in with my school email thru my 2016 app. Does this automatically update my app to be able to have the 2019 features I need to complete the assignments? I am completely lost. Thank you in advance.

    Ughhh this sucks my email isn’t listed in the free Office 365 for students. Back then I used to have all the Microsoft apps and they could run offline and smoothly. Now that my laptop got reformatted, all is gone. I have to download Office and it directs me to the free web version.

    This is so confusing. Some people are getting Office 365 Enterprise Edition, some are getting Office 365 ProPlus edition after clicking that install button on their Student MS Account. Why so many editions for the same software??☹️☹️☹️

    I need help. I sign in and i get everything but, when I would go into Word, it would say (Product Activation Failed) I need this to work because I have an assignment due this Sunday sadly.

    Hey, when I try to download, this message is being shown, "You currently have not been assigned an Office license that includes the Office desktop apps. Contact your admin for more information about how to get Office for your organization." What can I do to download office?

    This hasnt helped me at all. You skipped the part im stuck on. So i typed my daughters school email address in, got the verification code. Then it asked if i’m a student or teacher so i clicked student. Again i got another verification code which i entered. Then it confirmed i had an account and asked me to log in using my email and password. At no point was i asked to set up a password. So i clicked on reset password and it said something about not being able to change my password and that i should contact my administrator. There is no support number i can call, only a webform for a sales enquiry. This whole process is a real headache!

    I have a working email adress given by the school, but when I login, it doesn’t automatically activate and I have to activate it in the accounts tab in powerpoint, it says I have to open a Chinese file of somesort which I think is a virus so I’m just asking to be sure.
