In my opinion, I think the IdeaPad Gaming 3i is better than the Acer Nitro 5 because it has better thermals and it’s also not "gamery" looking, like the Acer Nitro 5, HP Pavilion 15 Gaming and the MSI GF63 Thin, so I can be at school without anyone noticing a gaming laptop in front of them.

Good thing that I just watched this one… I was about to buy a laptop for gaming/3D modelling and I have found a great deal on an AMD Ryzen 5600H, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, RTX 3070 and 165 Hz IPS screen laptop and no surprise its Lenovo Legion 5 for 1281 USD

Getting a Larger SSD and cloning the drive from the laptop to this SSD is mega easy with a free program. then with the enclosure you can make a meag fast external drive with the SSD that you replaced. 1 TB ssd are about £90 these days. much cheaper than buying a laptop and paying though the nose for the large storage which is a swiz.

Bought an acer nitro with a 5600h and 3060 for around 1200 and let me tell ya, best money ive ever spent. It runs games at 60+fps, has an IPS FHD display with a 144hz refresh rate and it’s fully upgradable. If youre looking for a good laptop youre in luck, as Ive been seeing it on sale for like 990 recently.

Alright Team Linus. Who can tell me what the better option on this is. An Asus Zenbook Pro with i9-11900H and an rtx 3080 or i9-10980hk with an rtx 3070. I am looking at this laptop for video editing, motion graphics, and I am learning 3d modeling. From this video the HK is a super fast boy but it comes with the 3070 and you get the drift. The price difference is somewhere around 70 dollars. So that being said are these both almost the same laptop then or depending on the application used one will be better off at times?

compares / how would you rate it against the Lenovo IdeaPad 5 which has AMD Ryzen 7 5700U processor with same 8GB ram (memory), and same 512GB SSD storage, 15.6 inch screen, model 82LN00ENUK. only reason is that I am completely new to laptops having still owning only very old over 10 years now still with an outdated Windows 8 Toshiba Satellite Pro L850 laptop which although back in its day very good/ possibly nearly top of the line laptop in Toshiba range; is now nearly on the brink of breaking down/ nearly stop working due to it’s age and issues such as slow booting time and turning off randomly at times by itself, making files I have saved very vulnerable of loosing once it crashes completely unfortunately. It would be very useful if somebody could possibly give advice on which laptop is best as not looking specifically for a very expensive high end laptop but just good enough to do daily buisness tasks. In my understanding despite the Asus vivobook laptop nowadays comes with the Ryzen 5 5500U processor which is slightly lower performance than the Lenovo ideapad 5 which comes with the Ryzen 7 5700U processor but seems like now Asus comes already pre- installed with Windows 11 Home or is it the Windows 11 S edition anyways, wheras the Lenovo despite having slightly better processor has only Windows 10 Home/ or Windows 10 S installed at least according to my research.
Also was wondering as not much knowledge regarding these two/ 2 laptops I was wondering if these laptops come with the older type of 2.5inch SSD or the M.2 drive SSD?
