You’re in the market for new appliances? Watch this before heading out to the new appliance stores in search of the best appliances on sale. In this video we review how the new appliance buying process really works at both Home Depot appliances, and at Lowes Home Improvement appliances.

Quite often The Home Depot sales and Lowes Home Improvement sales will focus on appliance sales and massive rebates, especially on 4th of July sales. We give you caveats about these Home Depot appliances and Lowes appliance sales, and show you how to maximize your savings. We also give you warnings about new appliance delivery times and how to determine if either Home Depot appliances or Lowes appliances has a particular appliance in stock. We have purchased numerous appliance suites over the years for our foreclosure flip projects, and we have found that Lowes appliances tends to have more of them in stock at the store, which means your appliances can be delivered next day. But even though you still get the new appliance discounts at Home Depot appliance department during the Home Depot sales, they don’t typically stock them, so they are shipped by the appliance manufacturer’s warehouse, and often have long delays.

We don’t just give you tips on home renovations and shopping at The Home Depot appliances, and Lowe’s appliances, see below our other Channel for CarBuyingTips.com:

So, what’s the "Real Deal"??? You didn’t exactly reveal anything earth shattering that 90% of appliance shoppers couldn’t figure out on their own by looking at the tags… By the way, if you believe those "was/now" prices, I have land to sell you in the Bayou… I tracked the prices of the kitchen suite that we wanted for almost a year, from the time they were brand new offers, until they finally offered rebates… Those "was/now" tags showed up, but the price stayed the same. Then, the fridge was defective upon delivery, and had to be exchanged. They said they had to refund the old one, and sell me a new one. We did that, but then 4 weeks later we got the rejection of our $600 rebate because all 4 appliances were not on the same receipt. I had the original receipt showing I bought all 4 at once, but they still rejected it. I have fought for that rebate for 9 months now, epic fail…

Thank you sir. Not exactly bait and switch but close enough. Mover’s coupon? I like it, I’ll need to look into that.

I have found this to be true about a lot of items at Home Depot. I wonder if it is a Florida problem. I didn’t run into this type of thing in Tennessee. Can be very aggravating!!!!
