With iOS 14, I discovered that the Health App now has the Bedtime options previously available in the Clock App. However, I just have an iPad Air 2 but the Health App’s not available! Why, Apple? WHY? And couldn’t you at least reimplement the sleep alarms for the Clock App to set an alarm in the Clock app with one of these?

Would this app support samsung watch 3 metrics ?

  15. jusbetson on December 15, 2020 at 10:49 pm

I previously used the app a lot more than I do now. Atleast 20% of my data that is sent from my apple watch is missing. Also the Health app is using 1,6TB of storage on my 256Gb Iphone.

I don’t understand how AirPods Pro can be dangerous for my ears on Max volume, I mean if it’s like health app says then why would Apple sell them if you shouldn’t use them on their max volume?

Hey, will anyone be willing to complete a survey on use of health and fitness apps. Only takes about 5 minutes. Thanks I really appreciate. https://forms.gle/o3h7hDkYrzhx13449

The health app is wholly inaccurate via phone. I can’t speak for the Apple Watch, but I highly recommend tracking steps/distances manually. There are large discrepancies between actual distances and the app. I also find the UI to be very clunky and overly complicated for the average user. The lack of customer review also indicates their inability to adjust based on user preferences.

  23. Annisa Mildani on December 15, 2020 at 11:00 pm

how does it works? like how can they know how much caffeine i’v consumed??

  24. Eddie Chan on December 15, 2020 at 11:00 pm

    ???

  25. Eddie Sanchez on December 15, 2020 at 11:04 pm

I wish Apple had a it’s own food/nutrition calorie log app. That way it automatically includes deducting calories from activity/workouts.

  26. Rohan Vaidya on December 15, 2020 at 11:05 pm

Enjoy using this health app. Thanks for giving it free apple

  27. lucyk310 on December 15, 2020 at 11:05 pm

Is there a way to see active calories/resting calories on the health app without having to have an Apple Watch?

  28. Amice W on December 15, 2020 at 11:08 pm

How accurate is it at counting your steps?? 🤔

  31. Scotia Jinker on December 15, 2020 at 11:10 pm

Why can’t I get the health app on my iPad? It would make it so much easier to read for us older folk

  32. Amy Sequenzia on December 15, 2020 at 11:10 pm

Problem is, it stops counting steps from time to time and a bigger problem is that it deletes steps from the total count for no reason.

  33. Daniel Praveenkumar on December 15, 2020 at 11:11 pm

The old version of health app was user friendly. I can retrieve or found the data very easy. but the new version 13.7 is not so convenient.

Can we see total value of the month instead of average.
For eg, we get to see average miles of the month similarly is there any option to see totally miles of month??

But how do you enter custom fields? Am I to assume you can’t at all? What if your health needs aren’t covered by the preset ones? I need to track some aspects of my health that I just cannot see a place for; I guess Health is set up primarily for able-bodied people but given Apple’s supposed focus on accessibility, I would have thought they would have anticipated the need to have customised fields in Health? If there is a way to add them, it’s certainly not obvious.

  47. Kim Carroll on December 15, 2020 at 11:27 pm

But it didn’t explain how to get all the info in there… It doesn’t sync with any of the programs I use. And the app is off over 10,000 steps daily that’s it’s supposed to be counting. This video didn’t actually explain how this app is supposed to work at all.

  48. K M on December 15, 2020 at 11:28 pm
