Definitely think the 7 is the worst I’ve never had nearly as much issues with an iPhone, it’s common sense to not launch a phone know well that they have service issues
SE the legend
I liked the 5-style body best because they were built in such a way that you didn’t *need* a case. The squared off edges made the phone easier to grip and the metal body preventing cracking and scratches on the back. It never made sense to me how Apple would brag about how beautiful their phones were, only to design them so that they needed to be thrown into an ugly (back then the good cases were ugly cases) case its whole life. I’m not somebody who really cares about wireless charging as a feature, so I don’t really need a glass back. I would buy an updated, larger version of the 5 in a heartbeat if they released it.

I used to use an iPhone 5 on iOS 10 but it was never my main phone, so I don’t consider it my first iPhone. My first phone is one that I bought this year and it is the iPhone SE 2020 version. But, as much as I love this phone, and would choose to use it over some of the more iconic, older iPhones, this is not my favorite iPhone.
My top iconic iPhones are:
1. iPhone X: This iPhone has brought the biggest change to the iPhone world. The all display front was an absolute amazing edition to the phone and Face ID and Animoji changed the way people used their phones. iOS 11 improved the control center so much and finally brought screen recording. Apple really didn’t come to play and absolutely smashed every other phone that year. This is the most iconic iPhone in my opinion.
2. iPhone 5s: This iPhone brought a lot to the table. While this is a small phone, it is perfect for portability. It brought the new look for iOS that most people love to this day. It brought Touch ID and control center, when Android had already had their own version for a while. This phone is iconic.
3. iPhone 6s: Apple took what was great in the iPhone 6 and made it better. They brought 2nd generation Touch ID which was crazy fast and and they upped the speed game more than ever with the A9 chip set. They also brought the iconic rose color that I would have used if I ever had the chance to own a 6s.
4. iPhone SE (2016): This phone took an already amazing iPhone 5s and made it better for people who prefer smaller phones. They gave it most of the internals of the iPhone 6s and it was crazy fast for such a small product.
5. iPhone (2007): Although this would be the last iPhone I would ever choose to be my daily driver, you have to give credit where credit is due. The original iPhone changed the game of the smartphone market. The iconic iOS changed how people looked at phones and everyone wanted an iPhone. I used to use an iPod touch as my first iOS device (maybe 3rd generation? I don’t remember.) and the classic skeuomorphic design of iOS was introduced with the original iPhone. While I prefer the newer design of iOS, this look of iOS is so iconic and it is nostalgic to me because of my first iOS device, an iPod touch.
Honorable Mentions:
1. iPhone 5: This is the first time Apple has increased the screen size of the iPhone. This is also the last phone Steve Jobs worked on and the last time we saw the akeuomorphic design of iOS.
2. iPhone 4: This is easily one of the best designed iPhones and introduced the clear and easy to see retina display. The iPhone 4s is also great and would be listed if it wasn’t for the disaster it became with the installation of iOS 9, which I used for a week and went back to Android afterwards.
3. iPhone 5c: This iPhone gets a lot of flack for being just a cash grabber, but this phone is amazing. This phone ran just as well as the iPhone 5 with fun colors.
4. iPhone SE (2020): This phone is an incredible deal with the base model only being $399 and having the internals of the iPhone 11 and the body of the iPhone 8, making this a good and smart buy. This is also the best the product red has ever looked on an Apple device. I got the 256 GB version and paid less than what I would have if I bought this phone straight from Apple. I’m glad that this phone is the first iPhone I have ever bought. Touch ID also works incredibly and I’m glad to have it in a world of face masks instead of unlocking my phone with my face. I’m also used to scanning my fingerprint like I always did on my Galaxy S8.
5. iPhone 6: This is the first time Apple ever released a "phablet" phone which pleased a lot of die hard iPhone fans who wanted bigger screens.
If you have wanted an iPhone for the longest time and can get a good deal on a great working iPhone, get one. While I’m a huge lover of Android, I’m so glad I’ve decided to make the switch to iPhone. This is easily the best brand of phones out there and I am not disappointed with my purchase of the 2020 SE.
I have the IPhone 7 Plus. Honestly I don’t want a new phone because this one works perfectly and I want to have a home button.

The best in my opinion is the iPhone SE. It is probably the last iPhone with a 4 inch screen. It is very durable and compact, and its probably better than all of these newer and larger iPhones.
