Sir i am preparing for jee and i stay in front of screen for at least 6 hours to clear my doubts, read pdfs and many more and sometimes i had to attend online coaching then i use my phone more, so will these blue glasses work because i study late in night too
Nope. You’re misguiding people. I work atleast 6 hours a day on the screen and my eyes got really hurt but after using such glasses I am able to use my personal computer back home from work for like 2-3 hrs more and still not get tired.
