Best Wireless Keyboards To Buy Early 2022

Best Wireless Keyboards To Buy Early 2022

Wireless keyboards offer a great number of benefits. They can help reduce your desk’s clutter by getting rid of the cable for a cleaner look, or they can free up more space on your desk for gaming. With the improvements in wireless technologies over the past few years, they’re now on par with wired-only options for gaming features and latency. There are many wireless keyboards out there, from low-profile office options to full-size mechanical gaming boards. That said, finding the best wireless or Bluetooth keyboard for your needs depends on how you intend to use it.

G915 TKL Lightspeed for me! Awesome KB and low profile mechanical switches.

For mechanical keyboards, Keychron seem to have one model for everything, bit the stabs are not great and they sound hollow out of the box (require some modding). Recently I’ve been looking at Akko and they seem pretty good for the money. Eg. Akko 3098 wireless models, 1800 size, PBT, themed colorways and case is fully foamed, stabs are lubed as well.

Wat could be a budget membrane keyboard

I have the Razer BlackWidow Mini Hyperspeed and I absolutely love it. Yellow switches are buttery smooth, quiet but still provide enough feedback to feel satisfying when pressed to the floor. The combo of 2.4 and BT make it easy to switch between my work laptop and PC. It’s been on sale for $120, highly recommended at that price.

    Nuphy Air 75, by far.

I went from Membrane to mechanical to mecha-membrane to low-profile to scissor
the latter two seem to be intended for performance.
    mechanical is niche
    membrane is cheap
mecha-membrane is an acceptable middle ground

when are you going to do review for new Samsung and LG TVs ??

So, would the Razer BW be the loudest I could get a hold of? Even though I always had an office pre-pandemic, my employer is threatening everyone with that public workspace BS. Iā€™d like to have a keyboard that sounds like a thousand tap dancers are walking to the stage.

My daily driver is Logitech MX Keys šŸ™‚

I like the Logitech MX Keys also, except for one BIG thing that unfortunately I don’t see much of anymore but IMO makes for a better keyboard design, and that is having Function Keys on the left side of the keyboard. The main reason I like this is that when you type on a typical keyboard with Function Keys above the number row you’re typing off center of the keyboard while if the function keys are clustered on the left, similar to your Number Pad, the typing area you use most is in the center of the keyboard. Office keyboards used to be designed this way and for some reason the Fn Keys were moved to an odd location. If anyone used this design you know how easy it was to use your left pinky to hit a Fn key. Today they are shoved up and often off center from the number keys making typing even more difficult as mention by the reviewer. (You get extra points for the Detroit cap because I’m from there myself.)

I also own the Logitech 810, and oldest keyboard in my collection a Logitech Backlit Keyboard (LBK). Both are very good. I’d rate the backlight auto on control of the 810 far better than that of the MX Keys. Also, the backlight of the LBK has grown dimmer as it ages. I don’t think it will last much longer. I have a collection of keyboards that go back to 1978.

MX keys is crap. The LED lights up intermittently without having your hand near it. And then when you place your hand over it to type, it DOESN’T light up. It’s over-priced crap.

I love my g915 Lightspeed full sized tactile, but I can’t recommend it due to its outlandish price. Honestly though, wireless keyboards are sort of overrated, much more so than mice.

  17. LightningSlayer42 on July 1, 2022 at 10:57 pm

Hi dear RTNINGS Team sorry if this question has nothing to do with the content of the video but I was just wondering When will you guys be getting the 2022 Samsung Tvs in for review? I am very interested to see how they compare to previous models Please note if it is not possible to answer my question since I am aware timeline dates can be very subjective then that is fine absolutely no problem thank you very much for taking the time to read my comment! šŸ™‚

German manufacturers like Cherry, Das Keyboard and Roccat make excellent mechanical keyboards but they’re not wireless.
