I just bought the TCL 6, 75" …and even though it does have its minor issues (like black crushing ) the mere fact that it is on the same lists as the flagships says a lot about the picture quality. The app gives yo a lot of control over color and the tv controls allow yo to dial in color and black levels to almost…almost the amazing name-brand flagship levels. If you are moving from a 1080p tv onto 4k or if you are upgrading a smaller cheaper set to larger 4k, this TV will not disappoint. If you upgrading from an already 4k HDR tv then look elsewhere as this tv , as good as it is, leaves a bit more to be desired…go OLED or save yourself the headaches and wait for next years models.

    What about sports?

  3. Stoner Guy on December 27, 2020 at 1:10 am

LOL loose the gloves dude. Unless you are checking how well your son dusted off your TV and doing the white glove test, otherwise the Mickey Mouse look is not really a look you wanna be rockin buddy LOL!

  4. Rizalyn Sto Tomas on December 27, 2020 at 1:10 am

Sir I need your help , I want to buy a TV but i am not sure which one I have to buy. What is UHD 4k or qled or oled HDR

  5. truth decay on December 27, 2020 at 1:17 am

@Stop the FOMO Hey man, just subbed and belled. Appreciate you giving it straight on Console gaming TVs. So many other review/news outlets will just list of the "compatible" specs, espouse the virtues of the set and say it’s "good for gaming" whatever that means. I appreciate u.

  6. Braska Bani on December 27, 2020 at 1:18 am

For movies is easily sony x950h or A8h if you got that money.

  7. Rhuari Kirkwood on December 27, 2020 at 1:18 am

Can anyone please help with this question? Does the LG UN85 support 4k 120hz gaming? Im hearing various answers and would love to know the truth!

  8. Angryman 80 on December 27, 2020 at 1:19 am

    Nice gloves!

  9. Killer Forest on December 27, 2020 at 1:19 am

What kind of tv would you suggest if I wanna play ps5 on 4k 120 but i’m not really interested in VRR? i’m more interested in if it has hdmi 2.1 i have a sound system that has a 2.1 output but at the moment im on a samsung 55KU6290F. the new tv will be mainly for long hour gaming but as well it will be used in binge watching netflix. oh, I will also be using it as a second monitor with a 2080ti. upgrade to a 65′ tv

  10. Stop the FOMO on December 27, 2020 at 1:19 am

Which TV are you saving up for?

  11. Charles Fineman on December 27, 2020 at 1:19 am

Still bugged by the a8h not coming in a bigger size. The CX is tempting but the soap opera effect has always bugged me.

  12. marc rubin on December 27, 2020 at 1:19 am

how does the A8H stack up to the A9G in 77"

  13. George Castro on December 27, 2020 at 1:21 am

    What about 85 inch tv?

  14. Frenchy on December 27, 2020 at 1:23 am

What tv do you advice for budget 1000 to 1500 for 75 inch and we don’t game? We are debating between Samsung q60, q70 or sony x800h and do you have any other suggestions besides these?

  15. Vinh-Hai Pham on December 27, 2020 at 1:23 am

Hello Stop the FOMO, thanks for the very detailed videos. I am saving up for a mid-range (maybe ~1100) 65" TV for a room with 2 windows, but there is not that much glare being present. I care about reliability, and decent picture quality for general use (Netflix, YouTube, Amzn Prime, etc). From your videos, I’ve narrowed down to either Sony X90CH (Costco variation of X900H?) or Samsung RU9000. Which one would you suggest? it can also be something else rather than these 2. Thanks.

  16. xan w on December 27, 2020 at 1:28 am

Hey man i just wanted to say you sir are awesome and and no doubt ill wait till next year on goodies.

  17. Marco Zampieri on December 27, 2020 at 1:29 am

Fomo I have a question and maybe it becomes an idea for a video. Is it true that for a "Standard" TV sizes like 65", 75" or 85" 8K it is only a waste of money? I heard that to get the advantages of the 8K you have to go to TV’s over 100". If that is true everybody buying standard sizes tv’s should save money for the best 4K possible.

  18. Fernando Silva on December 27, 2020 at 1:29 am

Hi, first of all, great review! Now, as I usually have some light on at night, even when I watch movies, what would be your opinion between Sony A8H and Sony X950H? Thanks a lot!

  19. MySpankster on December 27, 2020 at 1:30 am

  23. LKBeatbox on December 27, 2020 at 1:35 am

With all due respect, the "budget" section was still a bit expensive for me.

  24. kyron williams on December 27, 2020 at 1:36 am

IS the Hisense HG9 better than the LG Nanocell 65SM9000PUA? The blooming of the local dimming is nuts on the the 2019 LG 90series Nano. Please help.

  25. Gerald Perry on December 27, 2020 at 1:36 am

  28. Dark Vader on December 27, 2020 at 1:39 am

Seen a few of your videos but none have any mention of Panasonic for some reason considering their tv’s are a match for the samsung , sony and lg’s of the world if not better in many cases!!

  29. Gary Gillespie on December 27, 2020 at 1:43 am

  35. WestHam66 on December 27, 2020 at 1:47 am

Fantastic video- thank you. I just bought a Samsung 75" Q95T hope I made the right choice!

  36. John Q Citizen on December 27, 2020 at 1:47 am

About 10 years ago I was advised to buy a tv with a 120 hz native refresh rate to avoid multiple images in high speed action, for example when watching hockey, you could see 2 pucks flying through the air during a slap shot from centre ice. Nowadays everyone quotes "motion rate". So, help me out. What is the difference, and what should I look for today to avoid "2 pucks"? I liked your recommendation for the Hisense H9G. It’s on my short list. Will it avoid this problem?

  46. Kasper Rouser on December 27, 2020 at 1:57 am

Hey, I bought a Sony A9g back in March of this year (2020) got a update today, Tuesday December 15th, 2020, it added the picture type menu, and the blacks look blacker, and it seems brighter, and even more transparent (clear) can you confirm this? Thanks! 👍🏽

  47. Neo on December 27, 2020 at 1:57 am

The best solution to this is somehow tv makers implement motion flow/TrueMotion/interpolation into game mode without introducing bad input lag and bad image quality. Then the tv does all the refreshing in like a 1000hz per second without the need to have smooth 60 or 120fps games. It’s like playing games outside game mode in the best picture quality available with Dolby Vision or HDR 10 enabled.. I tried this with The Division on PS4 @30fps on my B6 oled and played outside game mode and with TrueMotion at maximum basically gaming at unreal frame rates but the input lag is horribly..
