A question that I and so many others have that you could answer so easily…WHAT ANDROID PHONES, NEW OR USED, WOULD YOU BUY IF YOU HAD $350 TO SPEND?

So as u recommended i did purchase realme x2 pro instead of Nord(128 gb). I am not here to accuse u or something, the device is killer and all , but want ur help if u could offer me some.
So the issue is like this,
My device’s(realmex2pro) screen broke about a month ago. I wen t to my nearest service center and had a repair request place . They said they would provide a job id, etc for me to know the request was placed.
They said that they didnt have the screen ryt now and would take a week to get one.
so i waited and tried calling them on not being successful to do so i reached them through their customer service.
The customer service of realme is such a sham that they just say they have escalated the issue and i would receive a call from higher executive in 2 days at max
but they never do so
then i try again and loop continues until one day they reach back and say we have transferred ur request to the management and they would reach back in 2 days .
today it is the 5th day and i neither received a call nor the screen .
The above mentioned is going on from 30 days and its bugging me out!!!!
So here i am not asking for a reply or something but if u could please put some light on this issue and convey the same that is the after sales service of realme is average at best to the viewers even though their devices are great .
