I wanted the Bosch 800 with Crystal Dry. Couldn’t get one when I needed it due to production limitations. Ended up getting the Miele G73. It was more than I wanted to spend, but I love the AutoDos feature, and it does clean and dry very well. It does leave a little water in the ridges of plastic items, but it’s minimal. Very pleased with it. I now also own a Miele vacuum and will probably replace my clothes washer and dryer with Miele products once my very reliable LG units finally quit. Thanks to Designer Appliances and their great reviews!
How does Asko dishwashers compare to your list of best on the marked?

Great video I am in the market for a new dishwasher around the 44db range. I heard Samsung as of late has a lot of issues, curious your thoughts on this? Also if I don’t end up going with a Samsung, I was wondering your take on the Bosch 300 since you didn’t mention it. Heard it made a lot of top lists. Thx.
Just a couple of questions, while Bosch and Miele dishwashers seem to last a long time and have some great features some reviews say that parts will be hard to get and it could be difficult to find a serviceman to fix these dishwashers. Also you didn’t mention LG dishwashers, they have some well designed dishwashers and from what I’ve seen they have a great reliability when compared to other manufacturers. If our budget for a dishwasher is $1000 to $1200 is there an LG model you would recommend? Also KitchenAid has some dishwasher in our price range, any comment on KitchenAid dishwashers? Thanks for your time, I know this was a lot of questions but your opinion would be appreciated.

Samsung has to be the worst appliance manufacturer! Also the dish drawer I had and it was a disaster after two weeks and for the additional 2 years it lasted before I got so aggravated and set it to the curb for trash.
I’ve had that Whirlpool model for 5 years. Still love it. The flexible cutlery rack is the best (we leave it in the door, which makes it so easy to load)

I need to give my 3800 V6 motor a valve job. Can I put the heads in the dishwasher to clean them up with? Will this hurt the heads?
We ordered the Bosch 800 in black stainless in February of 2021 and it’s still on backorder. We got word today that it’s 18 months behind orders and they didn’t even receive our order until last summer for some reason so we’re looking at the end of the year before we can get ours.
When are the new dishwashers are supposed to come out since there was none at CES this year
If our dishwasher drain hose is connected to a garbage disposal, can we remove the "filter" and just let all the junk run though to the disposal? Or will it clog the hose?

@Designer Appliances: I need a new dishwasher and none of the "best dishwasher" list address my problem. I don’t care about noise, time, dryness or looks. I currently have a Maytag that lets small food particles (popcorn skin, rice, corn skin, etc ) get through and get sucked into the sprayer arms and into the holes, there is no way to clean the sprayer arms. There is no cleanable filter other than some pieces that wouldn’t filter a kernel of corn. I am fine cleaning out a filter every week or even the sprayer arm if it is easy and they come apart. I just don’t want to deal with this issue any more. So can you recommend a good dishwasher that will filter out all food particles? and get the dishes clean every time? Thank you!
Hey I’m looking at buying the LG Studio LSDT9908SS dishwasher to replace my Kitchenaid dishwasher.
1. What are your thoughts about the LG Studio LSDT9908SS as I’m seeing reviews of it leaking?
2. Would the Meile be a perfect substitute for the KitchenAid dishwasher from an installation perspective?

I had a beloved dishwasher shoot craps. My husband bought an expensive Bosch to replace it. Within 10 days, I made him take that piece of s*** back and get me dishwasher that actually works. Sorry, but paying that much money for a dishwasher and then having to stand there and dry all the dripping-wet dishes is not how I want to spend my golden years. Just sayin’.
When you see the word SMART included in the name description of any appliance or feature, you can be sure it will be troublesome and, in the long run, a really stupid buy.
TBH, I’d rather have a loud dishwasher with a hard food grinder than a quiet washer with filters that I have to clean on a regular basis.

This may be a difficult question to answer, Most asian family do not use dishwasher and I personally have never used one in my entire life althought it always came with my homes. This time though I am trying purchase one and really putting a lot of thoughts to this to make sure I am getting right one and here is my question for you. Most practically used dishes in Asian family are generally deeper/ higher than Western plates. It takes more room than flat dishes and it’s more difficult to wash it to the bottom. Please advise and recommend what you believe would be the best dishwasher in the market for my needs thanks!
GE (General Electrics) needs a better logo.. Sorry but that’s the only thing that turns me away from GE.. Their logo is soo old fashion and UGLY..
