My iPhone is deleting my music without me doing it. Is anyone else’s doing that? It’s in the cloud so I still have it but have to download it again. What’s going on?

  13. Mathew Olorode on November 29, 2020 at 5:32 pm

Has any phone company released any phone this early 2020? You probably put 2020 for click bait.

Not sure if you guys reply to comments or not. I have been using tiny ATT flip phones for about 15 years but since I plan to start doing some traveling, I thought a smart phone would be useful. I don’t need the latest and greatest but I am concerned about privacy and security. I prefer an Iphone mainly because I have owned IMac desk tops for many years. I don’t want to spent a ton, I will use it as a camera and for phone calls and however travelers tend to use smart phones. I don’t play games or do social media, I would probably read the news and use itunes, YouTube and maybe Audible. I want to use the ATT prepaid and keep my same number, if I can. Is there one of the older model IPhones that would make a solid choice for me and still be secure and supported for updates, etc? Thank you!

Did you say you were going to link to the 5g discussion video? I didn’t see it in the comments section.

  17. Rosalie m B on November 29, 2020 at 5:39 pm

Great video, haven’t used an Android since the last Samsung went plastic and I was done at the D900 (memory issues) and bought my first Iphone 4.. they’ve been a little off as I needed a phone and so far two X phones BIG ISSUES WITH BOTH SOUND. speakers and first one didn’t ring or notify with / in circle said it was at top speed. AT&T have done a lot of bad things for my loyalty and I’m truly done. Just not sure which way to go. Will listen to your carrier choices again, I’m slow at the understanding part as a result of AT&T’s screwing me even putting a new price on 5g without asking and with no WiFi the reception still leaves a whole new world to be desired. I have two microcells from them to figure out how to make use of the help. I will review more of your video’s but if u have a great suggestion for a senior, I’m listening closely…. thank you again. BTW, what do you Think about refurbished phones

  18. Terren D on November 29, 2020 at 5:39 pm

Have you guys done an iphone pro vs pixel 4 video?

  19. Catherine HFD on November 29, 2020 at 5:41 pm

5G is dangerous for the human body, not to mention the entire ecosystem .. glad you are advocating the 4G phones

  20. Bill Holt on November 29, 2020 at 5:41 pm

I got a new iPhone 11 – not a pro model – for Christmas and I highly recommend it. My iPhone 6 Plus blew up at the end of October and I had nothing but grief dealing with the replacement insurance with Assurant through T-Mobile. I highly recommend that people get their insurance through Apple and, if they have the Assurant insurance through T-Mobile, to cancel it – NOW!!!

  21. Monica R on November 29, 2020 at 5:43 pm

I’m soooo thankful for your channel!! We got our new iPhones for Christmas and we had no idea how to turn it on! …lol Anyway you guys have been so helpful to us! Keep up the great job!! Happy New Year!! 👍❣️❣️❣️

So is this a 2019 phone for 2020? How many times does this need to be done ?!?!

  28. David Reynolds on November 29, 2020 at 6:01 pm
