Really pathetic experience I had…"WE ALL SHOULD NEVER BUY WHIRLPOOL PRODUCTS", I purchased a double door fridge from them with in four months of purchase it stopped cooling. It’s been more than 7-8 days there is no news about the part, which they suggest will be changed. When I call their customer service they provide some number and that person sounds helpless "always says just allow us 2-3 days more". Have sent email to their service head and CEO (IDs shared on their website), but those seems to be the dummy ones, as nobody replies back from there. If they can’t arrange a part for more than 7-8 days then they should stop selling it. Now I will try my best to advertise them in my every social media platforms just to make people aware that WE SHOULD NOT BUY WHIRLPOOL PRODUCTS. REALLY PATHETIC ORGANISATION. I REGRET WASTING MY HARD EARNED INCOME ON THEM
