  2. Slider 27 on March 25, 2022 at 5:56 pm

  3. Dok Ortiz on March 25, 2022 at 5:56 pm

Hello, Great video, may I ask, what is that pink wallpaper? I love it, can You share it? Thank You 🙂

  4. Justin M. on March 25, 2022 at 5:57 pm

I might consider the 16 inch when I graduate from College lol (for now, I’ll stick with the Air)

  5. Christian Hyde on March 25, 2022 at 5:58 pm

They did actually change the inside more airflow and a 35% increased heat sink so that is more so where the thermal throttle fix comes from

  6. InfiniteZodiac on March 25, 2022 at 6:01 pm

Great laptop! But the battery life isn’t 11 hours 🤣 its like 6? 8?

  7. David FromMicrosoft on March 25, 2022 at 6:02 pm

I’m buying the base model in May.

  8. Kevin Hilton on March 25, 2022 at 6:04 pm

Says “I wanted to do a video on the base model to show everyone how the base model operates.”

VERY NEXT SENTENCE: “so here’s my MacBook Pro with (the upgraded 8-core processor and upgraded 1TB SSD)”

THE BASE MODEL IS NEXT TO IT. Asshole.

The base model has a 6-core GPU and 512 SSD

  9. Omar Moreno on March 25, 2022 at 6:05 pm

best laptop in 2020 for that price? uh no..

  10. Stephanie King on March 25, 2022 at 6:13 pm

I would be interested to see a video comparing the new 16" MacBook Pro to a professional matte finish display (like MBPs were in 2012)… and also show new MBP with and without using a 3rd party stick on anti-reflective plastic. Any recommendations for people who want a matte finish display on the new 16" MacBook Pro?

  14. Harambe on March 25, 2022 at 6:24 pm

Is this the latest Macbook 16"? or the new one is out since this video? Can we hook up to an external monitor?

    That trackpad looks crazy big.

  16. Jack Spade on March 25, 2022 at 6:25 pm

For anyone who wants to save money: I Just bought the the i9 8 core base for a total of $2400 tax included. I almost bought the 6 core i7 refurbished from Apple for $2000, $2200 with tax. Paid $200 more bucks and got i9 with 1tb SSD. Google MacBook Pro 16 inch deal and go to the Apple insider link. I’m not affiliated, just trying to help. I think the deal ends on April 28th

  17. Jay S. on March 25, 2022 at 6:25 pm

My last purchase of the MacBook Pro was in 2011!!

  18. naVid on March 25, 2022 at 6:25 pm

I decided to purchase this laptop with 32g ram and 1tb storage. I use it for music production mainly, using Logic. I usually have the USB C hub hooked up for the Ethernet, HDMI, and running an MPK mini with usb 3.0. I also have a Tascam US 16×08 interface hooked up, which is going through USB C. Also running multiple Bluetooth devices at the same time. I can go ahead and say from my experience, the laptop gets warm to the touch but never HOT and never have I had a problem with the computer not being able to keep up with my tasks even when I’m 50 tracks in on one song. Very solid laptop in my opinion.

  19. Brandon Butch on March 25, 2022 at 6:26 pm

What MacBook do you currently use?

  20. Marc Manassian on March 25, 2022 at 6:29 pm

have the early 2015 MBP13 2.9 and considering to buy the exact same model as yours; would you recommend upgrading?

  21. C M on March 25, 2022 at 6:29 pm

The Touch Bar is definitely more of a mass market feature. Not really for pro use. I personally like the Touch Bar on the new 16.

  22. The Crazy Canadian on March 25, 2022 at 6:30 pm

why would you game on a macbook pro 😂😂

  23. Johnny Jouha on March 25, 2022 at 6:32 pm

I want one so bad 🥺 It would make my music production game 1002020 times better 😩

  24. yasir baloshi on March 25, 2022 at 6:36 pm

I am professional graphics designer. bought this machine high end base model and I am absolutely loving this machine. I m not a gamer but I am using indesign, illustrator, photoshop, Lightroom, premier, after effect and C4D. I am glad that all these intensive apps are running amazingly well and I never notice any difference with my office iMac machine…….

  25. Stbr Films on March 25, 2022 at 6:36 pm

Nah if I’m paying 3 bands for the base model u was just impatient …. u could have got better for $3500… if u not going big GO HOME!!! If u gone spend that much might as well spend what u got and make it back lol … I want the full effect not half for what I paid for… imagine u paid $3,000 for a base model… lmaooo and all it took was $500 more to max it out with just 32gb of ram… smh idk

  26. OrincyWhyteDesigns on March 25, 2022 at 6:38 pm

Honestly, great video!!!! My 2011 macbook is official done because of how hot it got .. so im praying to save enough money to get the 16 mac pro. I do graphic design work (no video editing) and I know this upgrade will be absolutely perfect for me 👌🏾🙂

I always fall in love with a Mac, launch for YouTube for reviews, but instead come to watch the very reasons (0:20, 1:04, 1:19, 1:26, of why I still haven’t bought a single Mac… ever

  31. dbgfw be on March 25, 2022 at 6:42 pm

Very convincing, just thinking about the RAM. 16, 32? The upgrade is so expensive. thank you for your advice

  32. Phabeon Dominguez on March 25, 2022 at 6:42 pm

People, I can score the 2019 MacBook Pro 16" 512gb 16gb ram version, new sealed in the box for $900, good deal or not? Or should I instead buy the m1 MacBook Air?

  33. Lee Kohler on March 25, 2022 at 6:42 pm

This laptop is quite frankly the best thing Apple has done in a very long time. I got one a few weeks ago to replace my old 15" 2012 retina. I had previously bought the last gen MBP and returned it to the store, something I have NEVER done with an Apple computer before. It just wasn’t that great or enough of an improvement over my 2012. This one though, wow. This one is why I have used Macs since the 80s. Other than Catalina being a bit glitchy, this is the best laptop Apple has made in a very long time. I got no complaints. This is what makes macs great.

  34. jackie valencia on March 25, 2022 at 6:42 pm

Loving the new 16 inch MacBook JustU.Faith/Mac_Pro?閣 Never used a trackpad very much before on laptops, but ease of use this MacBook makes you want to use it. The dynamic menu options bar at top of the keyboard is a very nice, in addition to the Touch ID,

  35. KING Dosty on March 25, 2022 at 6:44 pm

Need the game u were playing

  36. NuncNuncNuncNunc on March 25, 2022 at 6:44 pm

Macs are not built to last 10 years. If nothing else, the fan will fail and then the cascading thermal issues. From bad solder to bad thermal paste, to cheap rubber on power cord, Apple is always looking to cut corners knowing vendor lock-in will keep customers coming back.

  37. CALEB ROGERS on March 25, 2022 at 6:45 pm

Could we get a video with software review on macOS?

  38. Kaye Sibayan on March 25, 2022 at 6:46 pm

I’m using MacBook pro mid 2014 and i bought it 2015. so far so good. i’m thinking about upgrading either MacBook air 2020 or MacBook pro 2019. what do you think?

  39. Moyses APereira on March 25, 2022 at 6:46 pm

Apple always overcharging people 400 for 32 gigs come on apple , you don’t need this .

  40. Lochnivar on March 25, 2022 at 6:47 pm

I’m at the start of this video but as someone who had a 2011 13" MBP that died from a overheating GPU recently I had a long debate about jumping off the Apple bandwagon, but after much procrastinating I got the 2019 i9 5500m yesterday for a relative bargain and I’m hoping I get blown away when I try and play some Total War as a first priority.

  41. Ben M on March 25, 2022 at 6:48 pm

um, too expensive, give me a system 76 linux machine

  42. Matthew Roberts on March 25, 2022 at 6:50 pm

    XPS 17 is heaps better

  43. sweehinlim on March 25, 2022 at 6:50 pm

I am still using my MBP mid 2012 with 2TB SSD 16GB RAM with macOS 10.15.3. Still contented with the performance. But the 16inches MBP just makes me drool over it.

  44. Alex Six on March 25, 2022 at 6:51 pm

Such a great laptop! Also, how do you only have 450k subs? This was such a good video! Super clean!
