Hey Everyone!

As you can see from the title we decided to put together a list of some outdoor kitchen essentials you may want for to consider when designing your outdoor living space (kitchen edition). Paradise Restored has done a plethora of outdoor kitchens as well as having my own. There is a bonus tip I mention, and a feature I suggest that I wish I would have put more of in my own outdoor kitchen. Like I have said before, we are here to help.
Comment with any questions we may not have answered or future video suggestions you want to see. We love to here from out outdoor enthusiast. 🙂

How many times do you need to say “outdoor kitchen essential”?

  2. Vanessa by Design on June 17, 2021 at 1:18 am

    Great video

    I’d highly suggest a hood over a "fan"… you totally missed this…

Can you let me know the white countertop and stone you used in the kitchen in the beginning and end of video?

  5. rebecca kargbo on June 17, 2021 at 1:24 am

This stone settings are nice, the wall design, ( I think you can take some features from here, and in corporate in designing set up.) The surface area is nice also.ok the outdoor bar.

Wow! I am finishing up on getting our new home built in Virginia. I would love to see what you guys can do with my outdoor living space. Its a blank canvas. How do I contact you for design help?

The wall design, the recommendations, is ideal, but I’m still looking for the exact design and setting .

It is NOT essential to have an outdoor dishwasher or wine cooler. Good grief.

You left off the cooks quarters – I’m pretty sure that anyone that has that much money to waste has no idea how to cook. Otherwise they wouldn’t need most of your "essentials". Sorry but in Texas we’d call that "All hat, no cattle."

I love all these suggestions. I have two questions: 1. Have you ever put in an outdoor oven? (Summer baking would be better than heating the house.) 2. What do you do in the winter with the water pipes? Do you add a way to drain them? – My favorites in order: Bar, Sink, Grill, Outlets, Trash Bin, Storage, Ice Maker, Griddle, Pizza Oven, Fan. Thanks so much!

    It was a precious review…

Thank you. Great video and was very helpful. We’re planning on building an outdoor kitchen down south in a new house build. Not a lot of vids discuss essentials for living in hot zones like MS. I just sent my husband this video link.

And a garbage disposal unit in this day and age of recycling and green waste. That would be a waste here in AUS. Not sure about North America. IMO – Totally unnecessary!

Great video! Do you have a video with fun games for backyard? Like a outdoor swing or a bowling, golf etc.

  19. rebecca kargbo on June 17, 2021 at 1:59 am

    Very nice

    Other cool things to add:
    Small cigar humidor cabinet
    Liquor cabinet
A page button or call switch for your domestic servant
    A citrus press or juicer
    Bug zapper
    Table lighter & ashtrays
    Branding iron for stakes
    Rotisserie for meat 🍖
    Dedicated brick meat smoker

    Some cool but dumb things:
Frozen drink dispenser (margaritas daiquiris etc)
    A nitrous tank and balloons
    Popcorn machine

    Guns:
    Water gun for cats
    Bug-a-salt gun for insects
    Pistol for… well you know
