Perhaps the biggest surprise is that this is genuinely a more powerful console. We weren’t expecting any performance gains in our existing, non-HDR Xbox One games, but it turns out games like Project CARS actually run more smoothly on the new machine.
Not quite the pointless stop gap before Project Scorpio we worried it might be? It sort of depends how able you are to buy one and still save up substantial amounts of money for Scorpio’s arrival in late 2017.

Hm, I love it. I don’t care what it can’t do because:
Xbox One S and Halo Master Chief Collection which includes Halo 3 ODST and Halo Reach, Halo 5: Guardians, and now Halo Infinite which is really exciting. I also own and enjoy Rare Replay. I will never switch to PlayStation because of this. There goes my problem, I guess. 😶

VHS did have recording feature which most of DVD players does not have, so it was not worse in every sense.

I once went up from my basement where my Xbox is. Took my sheets off my bed while in a party. When down to the 1st floor put them in the washing machine. And got back on all while in the party. Long range does work.
