    The only computer I’ve ever built was in 2017 and It has a Ryzen 5 1600. So that’s like, 2,000 Ryzen’s less than the 3600 model I guess. Should I upgrade my Ryzen capacity or stick with what I have?

    Got a 3800x and MSI X570 MPG board for $300 in May of 2021 🙂 going strong now and glad I can upgrade in a few years to a 5800x3d.

    2:05 I had a Phenom II! Loved it and actually made good use of all six cores (video rendering, scientific computing and trivially parallelizable data processing). Lasted me six years. Can’t believe history considers it a "flop."

    I have Ryzen 5 1400 and I can’t play Battlefield 5 without it bottlenecking. Looking at going with the 3000 series. Debating between 5 and 7 though

    My pc has a 3600, 3060, 16gb 3000mh, 500gb ssd, b450m mobo. Beast of a pc for me. Can play any game I want in 1440p ultra settings. Never tried cyberpunk though but has no problem playing bf2042 or halo infinite. Also the ryzen 5 3600 is usually chilling at 4.0ghz when gaming going up to 4.2 . Sometimes it will go down to like 3.8 but more then not its boosting.

    I’d say now the tables have kinda turned again, where Ryzen is way overvalued on the market and Intel (specifically the i5) is probably undervalued. You can get an 11th gen i5 for like $180 today, while this CPU has actually increased by like $50 since launch

    I build my new PC in 2021. I went from i-7 4770K & DDR3 Plattform to R5 3600 & DDR4. The CPU cost me 150€ and even though a 10400F – 11400F is very good as well the Motherboard was twice as much for the Intel Plattform. So I settled on the AMD Chip. The R5 3600 is still a great choice in my opinion. And I can even upgrade (ca. +20% gain) to a 5600X or even 5800X for 8 Cores. The Ryzen Plattform is just a great choice overall (price to value and thermal / power consumption).

    i got 2600 to 5600x msi b450m motherboard i was getting 90-110 fps in cod warzone now im getting 144+ fps on warzone 1080p

    Just upgraded my ryzen 5 3400g to a ryzen 7 3700x. A lot better than my old cpu and performs very well, slightly better than the 3600
