The biggest problem is that they won’t eat much of they have unlimited access to the tablets. But it does help prevent them from fighting with each other non stop, screaming and getting on your last nerve. It helps reduce parental stress, which is good for kids.

3:35 this is CAP. I spend almost all my free time on screens and I get perfect grades.

In my opinion the screentime itself isn’t the problem, it’s what they’re doing that you should be aware of.

Bro. I am addicted to my pc, iPad and everything like that because my mom was in hospital for most of my life with cancer and my dad was working long long hours and we was forced to stay at home with a random neighbour who just relaxed on the patio outside while we could only entertain ourselves with technology and I am glad I did, it made me who I am today.
I understand that it is bad to stay on for hours at a time and I don’t do that anymore only when I study, painfully….

  14. Tsp CPR on January 25, 2022 at 4:36 pm

I have as much screen times as I would like. I don’t scream or yell because of something stupid. I’m 14, go to bed at 1AM at normal time, unlimited screen time, yet I’m fine. Having a computer for me is like having a safe space where I can talk to my two friends and just enjoy myself. Play meaningless games for the fun of it, and just have a good time. I’m a A and B student. Screens do not equal bad grades. Guess what! Screens are the reason I’m about to starting to learn Japanese. I found out how awesome the language is and told myself I had to learn it. Screens are the reason why I know what job I have in mind. My parents not trusting me all the way and searching through the one thing that makes me feel safe is why I have depression and major problems trusting anything. Thanks, also, stop holding these kids at verbal gun point. Also, 8-12 hours is astronomical. On weekends, I spend about 6 hours alone on my PS5 alone. ALSO, 8:05 PM is an insane time for bed?! Again, 5 hours a day is still insane?

  19. NidgeDFX on January 25, 2022 at 4:45 pm

    Everyone: Reee screen time!
    Me: 2:15 She’s not wearing a seat belt…

  20. TeoLT2010 on January 25, 2022 at 4:46 pm

Ok so i get unlimited screen time and ya know what lol sometimes i still get bored first 1-2 years it was nice but im now bored so on summer i go outside with my friends everyday like 5hours lol.

Mum: get of your I phone

Also mum: never gets of her phone

  23. Philip on January 25, 2022 at 4:48 pm

My children don’t even know how to use a phone or a tablet. Grant it they are two and four and we do watch some TV (could be regulated more). Also don’t have any video game consoles but due to this my girls sleep well at night and love to play using their imagination with the toys they have, love to experiment with art, and love books, music, and dancing. Oh and can’t forget the love for animals! They also love to go to the parks, playgrounds and can actually hold conversations. We’re not perfect parents but this concept of giving devices to your children all the time is just alien to me because we just don’t do it. However adults would have to put THEIR devices down if they want their children to follow suit.

  24. Ian The Video Editor 2022 on January 25, 2022 at 4:49 pm

I literally learned more than screens than in school. I knew about black holes and the big bang at age 8 while everyone else was struggling at learning about what a dinosaur is.

  25. Ooga booga on January 25, 2022 at 4:49 pm

adults to kids: sTOp gOiNg oN ScREenS
meanwhile adults: lemme stay on social media for 10 hours

  26. AlphaDaGuy on January 25, 2022 at 4:51 pm

Eh it depends on the child. I got unlimited screen time and im not addicted to it, despite gaming a LOT. OMORI, terraria, minecraft, bloons, valorant, GD, BOTW, smash ultimate (luigi main 👍), brawlhalla (ember main 👍), etc.

  27. brittany Metts on January 25, 2022 at 4:52 pm

oh my god would you just look at the double standard? When the parents want to do things like take naps, sit on s, or have time to themselves, then it’s an attitude of "have fun. Take all the time you like.", but heaven for bid the kids get addicted to it, then the kids get thrown under the bus like the parents have no fault in it.

    I’m not a parent

Y’all still sound stupid as fuck.

If your child doesn’t know the difference between a video game and real life, maybe you’re the problem.
