Guys I need help. I want a laptop I don’t care about price that can handle a 6K/8k editing timeline, & handles effect editing and 3D renders well. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Jeeeeez this is the most pathetic lineup ever, he clearly just took the first result from a Google search of "Good laptop for video edit stuff" and just read the promotional material from those laptops’ boxes.
There are many great laptops but the designs these manufacturers choose to put on their cases are horrendous. I just want a strong performance laptop that looks business sleek.

I had an older hp laptop about 600 dollars that could record my rock and metal music guitar videos satisfactory..but now I have tried to do the same with laptops today at similar price and they can’t do a recording of overdriven guitar sounds.. I am seeking my options…
Any linux laptop that’s at least 15 inches and has at least 3 gb of ram is enough for me.

As a traveling editor in the film industry for the last 12 years, the Asus ROG Duo 15 is hands down one of the greatest machines I have ever had the pleasure to edit on. The price is usually out of most peoples budgets but if you can afford it, I highly recommend it.
MacBook Air 2017th model is still a worthy laptop when it comes to video editing, still runs so fast with Adobe 2020 softwares, and FCP 10 software.
And it runs in 4GB RAM, this thing is magical
As a ‘Video Editor’ I recommend a laptop with a numpad and of course LED backlit. Larger the screen the better.
