Your video was good but I would like to see the top of the line, price is no object, flagship AV receivers or amplifiers . Then when I see the best, I can better know what I’ll settle for. Keep up the good work .
I d like to point out that you first show the DH590 (5.2 channel) and then show the DH790 (7.2 Channel). Why?
💥💥 You’re definitely not getting anything good in these $300-600 price ranges. Im all about saving when I can but by today’s standards you have to spend at least $1,800 to get anything considered “Top 5” ….
The first thing you should be talking about for each of these receivers is power and total harmonic distortion
Denon AVR is the best!
Denon receivers are great if one likes having a soundtrack loud all of the time but when one has got the volume on low to medium that’s where one can’t hide the quality of its sound. A good quality AV doesn’t just sound good on high volume it should sound good on low volume too! after auditioning a couple of Denon receivers the 3600h and the 6500h (same as 6700 but only 4k) all one can hear is the components, transformers hummering away in the background! The Sony STRDN1080 uses a solid frame and beam chassis for vibration resistance and the lowest sound distortion possible. It also uses specially selected components, fitted with ES grade solder, for class-leading sound quality!
Conclusion; Denon 6500 (£1400) was better for movies but Sony (£400) at a faction of its price was just as good at 2-channel (music).
