The Best Android Launchers of 2020 are here.
These are all my personal preferences and you can have a different opinion about it. Go through the video and see why I prefer these launchers over others.
These Android Launcher apps have been around for a while but continue to be my favourite ones in 2020. While other launchers like Lawnchair and Hyperion are extremely good, i wanted to go with something that supercedes them in functionality and not necessarily aesthetics.

Nova launcher still does not have search bar at bottom in app drawer. Stupid

Too bad lawnchair development has been halted and the project has been archived. And Hyperion is too damn buggy.
