    Fyi for those who don’t know polk is been around since the 1970’s but they recently started making home audio systems , but I remember in the 80’s when a big band would come to play live they had huge polk speakers , yeah I’m that old

    I have a low end tv that has speakers facing toward the back of the set. I just checked it does allow for adding a sound bar.

    Every year I buy myself a Christmas Gift that I really want you know people buy you gifts that you don’t want so I buy my own gift. Well this year I was looking into a new Sound Bar the one I have I had it for Nine years it’s a Dynex Sound Bar I paid $49.99 for an Open Box that went with my Dynex tv that I had brought from best buy. The Tv Die after 9 years but the sound bar still hanging a Co-Worker at work gave me Subwoofer to make the sound bar sound better. Last year I had brought a new Vizio D series tv and I couldn’t afford a sound bar at that time that was a year later I am ready for a new sound bar I look on Amazon and I saw a (Renewed) Vizio SB2020n-G6 at $59.99 but it don’t have Subwoofer. I really like that Polk Sound Bar sound very Crisp and Clear I going to check to see if Amazon have a Open Box of this Polk Sound Bar. rosswalker1926@gmail.com

    This is a great soundbar but has two FATAL flaws. First the soundbar goes into standby after 15 minutes if it receives on audio input. This means if you mute your TV for more than that time so you have to grab soundbar remote and turn back on. Second the soundbar will not turn on and off with your television after pairing so again you have to grab the soundbar remote to turn back on. Every other soundbar turns on/off with TV after pairing. Note there are no work-a-rounds for these problems.

    Polk is always hit or miss with everything. Guess that’s the nature of the beast when dealing w/ these entry level Chinese products

    THREE MONTHS of trying to get my Polk Command Bar to sync up with my Amazon Prime account. It absolutely won’t connect. I’m totally frustrated and am having great difficulty with Polk tech. They can’t even help me.

    Just the voice audio alone makes it worth the 2 hundred for me, for some reason the other sounds always seem to drown out the voices. That always sucks.

    I actually just bought this soundbar a few weeks ago. I went to Best Buy to listen to a few other ones, and they didn’t have them set up, so I had to decide from about 5 others including this one. For the money, this one sounded much better than anything else in the range. I love it.

    Well done review. Someone posted the bar is meant to mount directly to wall, not with under TV bracket mounts? Is this true or wont be a problem to mount w/ brackets under TV?
