  8. HaaaNoooooo on November 17, 2020 at 3:47 pm

It’s OLED. Then QD-OLED is thr future. That is only where TV technology is going. (Yes, Chinese TVs are bang for the buck ->Hisense and TCL) No games for 2 years plus and possibly beyond will be 4K@120HZ (120fps) It’s like buying an 8K TV now. For no reason besides clowns like to think they will use an LCD or OLED TV at 120fps. PC maybe and you’d buy a 144HZ monitor or better. Upscaling from 1080i and 720P is most paramount. The CX = What a surprise. It’s also triple the price of most LCD TVs. It is the best. When a 55" is about 800 dollars in 2 years and a 65" is about 1000 in 2 years……then yes. (There will be better OLED tech and possibly more NITS in 2 years, so more money)

LG UHD Owner here! I love the magic remote and the sound doesn’t need a soundbar

  17. Stillgoing on November 17, 2020 at 3:59 pm

I can’t belive that he is right, even here in Brazil with the pandemic economical crises 4k HDR TVs are out with a very decent price, specially when we live in a place where we pay triple the US price on a PS5.

  18. Justin on November 17, 2020 at 3:59 pm

Why are you not giving the prices??

  19. TypicallyUnique on November 17, 2020 at 4:00 pm

Just picked up a 65" CX on sale recently.

    It’s a stunner.

  24. MrCaw77 on November 17, 2020 at 4:05 pm

I heard TCL TVs are pretty shit. Is this true?

  25. Mario Palacios on November 17, 2020 at 4:06 pm

2020 really knocked me the fuck down. I never splurge on myself, but I got myself a TCL 6series 65 inch. Definitely overkill for my room but honestly make me feel good. (Also had to buy a wider media center lol) 🙂

  26. Creighton Johnson on November 17, 2020 at 4:07 pm

Do you have anything on Large tv’s like 75 inches or above??

  27. David Villavicencio on November 17, 2020 at 4:08 pm

Bought an LG 55 in because of this vid. It surpassed my expectations, and makes my pS4 gaming look like its 4K (i got a slim ps4 that only goes up to 1080p). Honestly so happy i went with LG, Used to have a SONY Bravia before (55 in).

  28. BlackWorm on November 17, 2020 at 4:08 pm

Sony A9G is still the best TV imo.

  29. Anand Chandrasekaran on November 17, 2020 at 4:09 pm

HOw would you compare Sony A9G with Sony A8H, Hisense H9G, and LG CX

  30. Ben Tsun on November 17, 2020 at 4:09 pm

  35. Ray Cruz on November 17, 2020 at 4:13 pm

Love your reviews. I currently own the TCL R617. Going to upgrade soon. I’ve narrowed my choice to TCL Q825 or TCL R635(budget tvs)
I just saw a review of the TCL R715. Do you have any comparison between the models I like and the R715?

  36. SlighceTUNES on November 17, 2020 at 4:14 pm

I’m looking to buy a new tv on Black Friday

  37. Justin Rice on November 17, 2020 at 4:14 pm

Hello, I’ve been watching your videos and looking to buy my first fancy tv and have been holding out for years…. I’ve been looking at the SONY OLED XBR A9G and then the two SONY tv’s you mentioned along with the LG OLED which i never thought of before.

    Any thoughts?

  38. Victor Ramirez Pablo on November 17, 2020 at 4:14 pm

where are the wires and cables?????

  40. D M on November 17, 2020 at 4:17 pm

Doesn’t mention the X900H banding issues. Ok. This guy is heavily sponsored by certain brands.

  41. Ch. Wey. on November 17, 2020 at 4:18 pm

I have a LG 65" CX and it´s not bright enough for HDR movies. And I had a Sony AG8! Much better impact in HDR movies! I can´t understand the comparison here in the video

  42. ElectroTallinn on November 17, 2020 at 4:24 pm

    HDMI 2.1 means 2021 year. 2.1 – 21! Just wait 🙂

  43. Colville Brown on November 17, 2020 at 4:24 pm

Thanks to Digital Trends’ reviews I have 3 out of 7 on this list and can contest that the Sony does edge out the LG on picture a little bit. It is noticeable though. It’s not apples to apples, bc I am comparing the LG 77 to the Sony 65, but still. The TCL 6 series looks fine, but doesn’t really compare to the other 2. I am glad the 4-series isn’t on here, bc that is trash and everyone really needs to know that. It’s so dim and colors are very washed out. Samsung Frame should be on the list IMHO, great picture quality for a straight LED and the art features take it to the next level, if you have the right place to put it. Sound is meh though.

  44. dean2663 on November 17, 2020 at 4:26 pm

Where is the Q80T or Q90T?

  45. isaacespapa1 on November 17, 2020 at 4:27 pm

LG CX OLED destroys everything mentioned here. Sony has a good OLED but totally missed the gamer market.

  46. SuperBizalz on November 17, 2020 at 4:27 pm

5:36 – The Samsung Q800T does NOT have the Samsung ONE Connect Box!!

  47. Raymond Taveras on November 17, 2020 at 4:27 pm

I bought your number 1 pick thanks

  48. Pena A John on November 17, 2020 at 4:34 pm

    Why does nobody consider Visio?

  49. Michael Cervantez on November 17, 2020 at 4:34 pm

I’m every single "class" of TV you just mentioned you picked the wrong one.

  50. Ginto on November 17, 2020 at 4:35 pm

Can someone link the Hisense h9g & the tcl series 6 for me please? Checked everywhere online but loads of different types keep coming up with different model numbers etc, need help making sure I’m looking at correct ones thanks
