Which one is best to buy
Sonos beam with sonos one SL with a pair of 2 or sonos arc in terms of sound effects, or sonos playbar
    Please suggest on the same

  2. Steve Muller on November 15, 2021 at 12:45 pm

    Sonos Arc Cons:
    No DTS:X support
    No rear speakers or Sub

So at the moment for movie enthusiasts the Samsung Q90r is the better option.

  3. Kris Long on November 15, 2021 at 12:45 pm

My lounge is 4*5 metres. I like the look of the Arc but not sure if it will be overpowered for a room this size. better off with a beam and a couple of one SL’s? or would i see any benefit over the arc and a set of one SL’s?

  4. VDM on November 15, 2021 at 12:46 pm

Way too expensive for this sound

I was not impressed with Sonos bar at all, bought it for Christmas and returned the next day. Another deal breaker for most Sonos speakers is that they don’t provide bluetooth option, too much to give up this feature.

  8. Neil Thompson on November 15, 2021 at 12:50 pm

Why no mention of the sonos base? Which is awesome

  9. Andre Roman on November 15, 2021 at 12:52 pm

Last time I checked Sennheiser made the best Atmos soundbar

  10. Glenn Birtwistle on November 15, 2021 at 12:53 pm

How well does sonos work with Android?I dont have any iOS devices but I’m considering beam or arc for my tv.

  11. Yann Fleury on November 15, 2021 at 12:54 pm

is their one model that i can leave outside. plug in?

  12. Ryan on November 15, 2021 at 12:54 pm

I started with a Sonos:Pay 1 years ago. I’ve ended up selling that and now have:
2 x Play:One speakers, a Beam and now a SUB too… Overall SONOS are very clever at getting you to invest. Now I just hope they don’t suddenly dump S2 like they did with the S1 stuff.

I currently have 6 ceiling speakers and a speaker switch into an amp and using Sonos connect. Looking to upgrade to Sonos amp. Can I add 6 speakers directly or still via a speaker switch?

  14. Cat Hardy on November 15, 2021 at 12:56 pm

Can you connect this to Nebula Capsule Projector in any way?

  15. Bob Laws on November 15, 2021 at 12:56 pm

Can the Sonos speakers play my digital albums from my media database?

I have a question and I’m worried cuz I bought the full system of sonos ( arc , sub gen 3, pair one sl ) and I don’t know if will be satisfied cuz I use to have the samsung q80r and it sounds was great it felt pretty cinematic so the employee of best buy told me I won’t regret it cuz I was going to pick the q90r ( the top of the samsung for now ) and I ask them about the sonos and they said the sonos is a beast at everything so they tell me how good it was so I order it to see if it really a good purchases do you think I did a good choice? Cuz I don’t know how the arc performance is, I will thankful if u give an advice or assure me if I did a great choice

  21. Nigel Harrison on November 15, 2021 at 1:05 pm

    where’s the sonos playbase?

  22. Nigel Harrison on November 15, 2021 at 1:05 pm

I haven’t forgiven sonos for hiking all their prices up by up to 25% in 2017 blaming Brexit – we haven’t left yet!

  23. Mr. Jackson on November 15, 2021 at 1:06 pm

The best way to fix a Sonos product is with a hammer and a garbage bag!

  24. Matt Louise on November 15, 2021 at 1:09 pm

Hey ! Thanks for the great video 🙂 I already own a Ikea Sonos Symfonisk bookshelf but i’m looking for a new sonos speaker for my living room. The Ikea one is currently placed in my office, and i’d like to get a new product for the living room, for both music and TV. My question is would you recommend buying 2 sonos Ones (probably the SL as i already have google mini there) or one Beam ? It’s the same price in the end so i don’t really know which one would fit best/sound best, what do you think ? Thanks a lot !

  25. Sekou SIDIBE on November 15, 2021 at 1:09 pm

Well it’s like all the speakers have kinda high price tag.

  26. Neil Munro on November 15, 2021 at 1:10 pm

Strange that "no voice control" is regarded as a pro on one speaker, yet "voice control" is regarded as a pro on another.

  27. EventAlone on November 15, 2021 at 1:11 pm

I have had sonos for about 14 years, but the latest move again Apple and decision about not update S1 are easy for me to decide stop buy Sonos…

  28. Sam Marchetti on November 15, 2021 at 1:11 pm

These products are total garbage. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. THATS ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW.

  29. Marvin Hernandez on November 15, 2021 at 1:13 pm

  30. jeremey pope on November 15, 2021 at 1:16 pm

  31. Olufunmilayo Okuyedi on November 15, 2021 at 1:16 pm

Hi Jonathan, big fan of your channel. How many B&W Bowers And Wilkins CCM664SR Ceiling Speakers can you connect to a Sonos Amp?

  32. James Lee on November 15, 2021 at 1:16 pm

    Excellent review

  33. Paul on November 15, 2021 at 1:18 pm

Amazon should allow Sonos to have "sonos" as Alexa wake word, to use other Alexas near by without lowering volume or interrupting played content in Sonos.
I also slightly disagree that One’s are preferred in SL version having Arc with voice control. Sitting on a couch One’s are way closer than an Arc up front, at least in my case. Playing loud content needing Alexa would be best using it with as close as possible device.
Great videos bro, I have an Arc will do trueplay today, can’t wait to see the difference. Took me a while to get Atmos, had to get Arcana

  38. Matthew O'Dwyer on November 15, 2021 at 1:19 pm

First time watching one of your reviews, helps a lot (I work in retail and sell these speakers) just one question, I noticed that the words amazon "alexa" was muted….is there a reason for this?

  39. raghavgwaliorkar on November 15, 2021 at 1:20 pm

    Hey man
    Thanks for the great content.

If you can please help with the following query it’ll help me a lot in taking the decision.

we are building a new home and I want to setup a home theatre there.
local hifi store is suggesting a traditional projector/screen w sound system w receiver.

I am looking more into a system consisting Samsung short throw laser projector + Sonos Arc+ sub gen3 + 2 in ceiling speakers (w Sonos amp)+ 2 one SLs to have a truly immersive atmos experience.
    Now my question is…

Is it worth it? Or it’s too much having in ceiling speakers?
    Or
If you have any other suggestions ?

Any help will be highly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

    Ravioli

  48. MySpankster on November 15, 2021 at 1:41 pm

great review….we can now have 2 subs…..woohoo…i have the ARC soundbar / 2 subs / and the One SL’s as rears…..thinking of getting the 5’s for rear instead….mmmmm what to do what to do…..room is 14×22 so that should really fill the room….don’t get me wrong the current system is awesome ….but the 5’s could be the icing on the cake….cheers all and be safe

  49. Naynesh Shah on November 15, 2021 at 1:41 pm

Sonos skills are not there in Alexa in many countries and hence amazon music and many other music services don’t work. Tech support is useless. I faced issue of configuring Alexa and support took me for a ride asking router details and service provider data etc. It got resolved when latest version of Sonos was released. Now music services don’t work. Its useless to buy.

Hi there, I’m about to purchase a Sonus Arc, Sub Gen3 and a couple of 1 SL’s for myself and I was talking to a BT engineer about WiFi in the house etc and he recommended getting a Sonus bridge to help the WiFi signal in the house, is this the case and is it still a good product or is there something else I can use? Many thanks.
