We wanted to meet the cat.
Thank all! Great tips! Steve – I bought those measuring cups and have been trying to figure out the best way to use them .. obviously I haven’t given them a chance 😉
Doesn’t look like the Olvida Skillet is available anymore.
My favorite is a slow-cooker. Very versatile and underrated. Along with the traditional foods you can cook fish and even bake bread.
Enjoyed the video! We have the spider, Thermapen, minipan and carbon steel skillet, which came with my husband 35 years ago, it is totally nonstick, and Dan, our resident black cat is named Raisin.
They post vertical because Instagram posts are vertical.
Way to rock that portrait mode. You people think ahead.
Julia Child didn’t need any of that crap. She cooked and instructed and shared info as she cooked.
ATK is my favorite cooking show! Thanks for showing some of the staff at home sharing favorite equipment. Loved them all! Dan, what’s the cat’s name?
Pad See Ew pizza?! What??!
Is there anyway you could provide the exact dimensions to the eighth size sheet pans Dan uses at home? I bought the one’s on the link (10×7) and they appear to be different. Dan’s appears to be longer and thinner, like 8×5.
We call it a spider, not a skimmer. And, yes it’s bamboo. If it’s a fave you’d know this.
I love kitchen gadgets of every size and enjoyed seeing your favs! Thank you!
Becky is SO CUTE!!!!
Wait what? Pad see ew pizza???? Was that from Thai food left overs? 🤣
Please include links to those exact products, or at least their names and models. Thank you.
Nice to see Them at Home.
The cast iron skillet link takes to Lodge brand not the one mentioned in the video. Help!
Wow! Becky, you look amazing!!!
Showing rusted pan and saying rust free😂
Top on my list would be the pull food chopper.
Talking equipment without Lisa? Blaspheme!
Dan, dimensions/ brand of your 1/8 sheet pans?
Awwwww Dan’s a cat dad!
Ok, so what are the whip cream whippers?
Pro tip…turn your camera sideways before recording video. You’ll get (and provide) HD as a result, and will be able to fit more information in one frame…you know, just like they do at your job!
I’d have to say my digital scale is my most used item, but my good ol’ garlic press is my favorite item to use. 😁
There is a new rule in home videos; if you show a pet you have to give the pet’s name.
Love the Thermapen. I’ve used one for years.
I am really glad I viewed this. In fact, because of "Steve" recommendation, I purchased the silicone measuring cups. With regard to the cast iron skillet which was shown and noted as being coated with "nickel", is this safe? Doesn’t the nickel leak into the food. He showed baking a pizza but lined the skillet with parchment paper.
Love these videos. They really help get to know everyone at the test kitchen!
wow the pizza crust looked awesome. Is the Cook’s recipe?
Very helpful. Come on support each other. Trustful.
Dan, love the wire skimmer. Didn’t know I needed one until I bought a wok, now I use it for everything: boiled eggs, french fries, digging for bay leaf in bolognese sauce. Will look into that pan for laying down spoons.
Without getting too creepy let me just say Becky has handled the quarantine better than any of us. Or at least me anyway. And I use my thermopen a lot not just for protein but oil temps too.
Click the arrow in the description box and you’ll find links to the products.
Kitty cat!
Man, I’m buying this cast iron skillet… Pizza look aaaaaamazzzing. Thanks, dude.
Watching Becky’s thermometer fluctuate was fascinating for some reason lol. 74! 🏁 I love seeing her in videos. She makes me feel at home. 😊
Lan makes me want to get a whetstone even more than I do on a normal day. Remember, it’s a cozy kitchen, not tiny. 😁
Man, that pizza looked delicious. I’m not entirely sure what to imagine it tasting like, but I was fixated. 🙂
Thank you, everyone!
💜💚
Dan is even sexier at home 😂😍
The video is too small. Very hard to see.
Where can I get those measuring cups? They look awesome!
Who’s Steve?
Pad see ew pizza is an abomination and I would eat every bit of it! ☺️
Becky could explain how to wash dishes and I would still watch and listen to her.
I completely agree with Becky! The insta-read thermometer is absolutely key. I use it on the grill, on the stove, in the oven. The single greatest investment I ever made.
Olvida Cookware has apparently gone out of business.
Dan, I love your black cat— I got a glimpse of ❗️❗️❗️❗️😻😃
Hey if you’re gonna shoot a vertical video (which, you shouldn’t), at least upload it vertically.
The isi measuring cup are heat resistent too, you can pour hot liquids in and still be able to handle with out pain
