   Homemade German Potato Dumplings filled with toasted bread cubes – I could eat these every day, except they are high carb and spike my sugar. If you could figure out a low carb version – that would be great.

    I am a cook an the worst cut I’ve ever gotten in a kitchen was from using that exact knife sharpener incorrectly! I wish you had made this video 5 years earlier it would have saved me a whole lot of blood and a crooked finger!!! haha Love you and your video’s.

    As for mixing bowls. Great investment. I am 60 years old and have my Mom’s mixing bowls. Yes they have the ring on the side. I can remember her using the bowls as early as 5 years old.

    You CAN afford a Vitamix,a fancy $300 or 500 mixer,an expensive chorless vac heres how!! QVC OR HSN HAS THEM and sometimes being featured where then the payment are only 30 dollars a month no interest for examole.     I have to say, I was STUNNED when I discovered Tramontina skillets~ & I did not find the Triply Clad first Wes, no I did not. My husband had been on a years long quest to find me a "real" cast iron skillet, brand new made. Mind you, this took place during my own years long search trying to find an ancient one, to replace my favorite-all-time-ever-cast-iron-perfection skillet that I had for decades-it was a 120 yr. old skillet w/zero spin/wobble, always cared for, & perfectly seasoned, that I found for $1 at a yard sale. Sadly, some over the top evil beast STOLE IT from our campsite one summer~ I pray for their rotten soul, to this day.
    Anyhow, huz was convinced he could find me one that I would like just as well- or close to it- to use until I found my next vintage, perfect one. Well, 2 Lodges & one other made in china brand later (Uh-NO.), he came home w/this gigantic, 14 inch Tramontina skillet, WITH a self basting cast iron lid, that he found for $30 @ Sam’s Club. Needless to say, I ignored it for a few months, told him maybe he should just go ahead & use it, as I was simply not in the mood for more disappointment. Yes, of course I observed, & after a couple more weeks , wouldn’t you know- I was using that pan myself! It is truly AMAZING, & I never would have bought this thing, would not even have looked at it- yet it truly IS a stunner, in every way. So I absolutely can see why you love your triply clads, and I will definitely be looking into those next. If you ever come across their 14 inch cast iron- buy that thing immediately!

    *Did not intend to peck out a novella up there, good grief! Not sure why I was so compelled =) I just felt the need to share that story, once I realized I had one. Personally, I had never given Tramontina a second look, and now I am sure glad to hear about even more from them. They’re like the quiet little contender, come outta nowhere to give the big guys some healthy, affordable competition!     Good day Wes, Am very interested in Tramontina cook ware. FYI I googled TRAMONTINA TRIPLY CLAD 18/10. A company from Massachusetts …AZVELN has this product 14 piece set…. for $60.00! It says TRIPLYCLAD 18/10 so I am thinking its the same as what you suggested??
