No 120hz bfi no buy!!! if they update with software then I ll get it until then no chance i ll buy!

  2. jpnn80 on April 2, 2022 at 6:59 pm

Given that LG confirmed 42 et 48 sizes of C2 will miss the brightness boost of 20% available from the 55 sizes compared to C1, so you’re wrong by saying they’ll be only "slightly dimmer." at 2:20.

  3. OMG iTs Edd on April 2, 2022 at 7:00 pm

Just purchased Sony X90J looks like I wont be Upgrading to OLED anytime soon… which is good gives them time to fix Burn In issues.

  4. P. Wingert on April 2, 2022 at 7:01 pm

In my case, I have an older u7300 43" LED TV that’s 5 or six years old. It’s still working fine. I am looking at the C2 as an upgrade. I’m in a low-income affordable housing unit. The bachelor apartment is about 450 sq ft total. So, I can’t go too big or else it will take up too much space. The other factor I like about C2 is they have significantly reduced weight. Given that these units were built to council house standard and have aluminum structures I have been hesitant to try, and wall mount my existing TV. But the C2 with its lower weight might be an option for this. So 48 might be a good fit for my needs and the needs of some of your other viewers and a nice step up for my room environment without going too big. I and others like me might be where this 48" is aimed at not people moving from a C2 which is something you might want to consider in future reviews.😊😊

Regarding the "Always ready" feature, is it only limited to the TV itself? As in, if I connect the tv to the Google Assistant, can I use that to turn the TV on or off?

  6. Red Scorpion on April 2, 2022 at 7:02 pm

How much will the C2 42” Cost?

  7. Newcastle utd 4 life on April 2, 2022 at 7:03 pm

I like my nanocell tv cost me nearly a grand for a 55inch picture quality is really gud sound is gud y pay more for a small TV

  8. Steve Coates on April 2, 2022 at 7:03 pm

Nice review. The tv looks grear. I love the spooky laugh in the background at the end of that vid…quite eeerie..

  9. Uptown NYC on April 2, 2022 at 7:03 pm

Anyone know if the LG C2 55-inch will include a heatsink in the back to ease screen burn in (image retention)?? Thanks.

  10. D. R on April 2, 2022 at 7:04 pm

C1 with 860 nits is not bright enough ha,ha

  11. Michael Wyckoff on April 2, 2022 at 7:04 pm

Why someone tell me to text them and say they are going to give me something for watching?

  12. praveen N on April 2, 2022 at 7:12 pm

    Hi please review G2 model

  13. John Smith on April 2, 2022 at 7:12 pm

    A90K

  14. Mo A on April 2, 2022 at 7:14 pm

LG Account is separate from Google / Facebook/ Apple account hosting, cos it’s limited to LG diagnostics, it should be an additional feature for WebOS an option to use, it then again you don’t want The Four companies spying on what you are watching and then again your email that is logged onto Netflix and Google YouTube does it freely.
I’m looking forward to the 55inch, enjoy your weekend mate.

  15. MN NM on April 2, 2022 at 7:14 pm

    It’s changing channels fast

  16. heman691 on April 2, 2022 at 7:14 pm

48 is not redundant it’s perfect for where my tv is in an alcove that can only take maximum 50 if I had a bigger one on the wall the light would reflect too much.

  17. bayo daman on April 2, 2022 at 7:16 pm

Would you say G1 is better than the C2?

  18. MN NM on April 2, 2022 at 7:19 pm

With C1 i think you can do side by side 50% x 2 screens same time with different source playing?

  19. Gig Pros on April 2, 2022 at 7:19 pm

    👍

  20. Jd Abraham on April 2, 2022 at 7:20 pm

42inch might be the best selling size….i could see some pc gamers would buy this

  21. Stuart M on April 2, 2022 at 7:20 pm

How much further has it come from the CX?

  22. South Bronx, NY on April 2, 2022 at 7:22 pm

Should’ve had .18 pixel pitch, 175hz and display ports…..not worth it over c1.

  23. lockmuertos on April 2, 2022 at 7:24 pm

How does the 30fps to 120fps DEJUDDER feature work ? Does it make 30fps gaming tolerable on the C1/C2 Oleds ? Or does it introduce Ghosting or unacceptable input lag ?

  24. Jmreyes93 on April 2, 2022 at 7:25 pm

I had my 48" C1 since christmas eve last year. No issues here. Not even any burn in even though I have OLED brightness set to 100. just make sure to have "screen move" feature on in the OLED panel care menu. i love the TV so much!!! no regrets!

  25. Blake Moore on April 2, 2022 at 7:28 pm

Unless new meaningful technology advances there’s no need to change your tv every 1-2 years.
I think > 5 years more like it
Will keep my B9 2019 for a while longer. Still a beautiful picture and I watch my TV mostly at evenings/nights

  26. rickyay26 on April 2, 2022 at 7:32 pm

Can’t wait to get the 42in for a monitor

  27. Greg turner on April 2, 2022 at 7:32 pm

Good afternoon are you giving away a tv

  28. w ww on April 2, 2022 at 7:33 pm

Can you talk about/test the upscaling algorithms? Like what a tv can do with 1080p?

  29. Mo A on April 2, 2022 at 7:33 pm

When you say identical, I feel it is recycled and reused everything that was thrown away in the first attempt last year C1 for this year’s C2.

  30. Jay2official on April 2, 2022 at 7:33 pm

With an inflation going on I’m keeping my 65” C1 for $1750 cant beat it

  31. Michael Wyckoff on April 2, 2022 at 7:34 pm

Are you happy with the new LG C2 or was the C1 just as good? Incremental upgrades are just a way to charge more money for almost the same TV basically.

  32. TA Gaming on April 2, 2022 at 7:34 pm

Because the 42 and 48 inch versions don’t get the brightness boost like the 55 inch and above do if you want a 48 inch oled is the better deal not to buy a C1 at a big discount instead👍

  33. Red Scorpion on April 2, 2022 at 7:35 pm

The 42” will definitely sell out fast

  34. Christian Spring on April 2, 2022 at 7:35 pm

Totally agree, why didn’t they stick with new design. Especially it’s a smaller TV. Was sold on it. Definitely not anymore! (got the 48C1 last year) was hoping a newer design.

  35. José Caio de O. Santos on April 2, 2022 at 7:36 pm

Is ABL less aggressive in game?

  36. Adrey Zasran on April 2, 2022 at 7:39 pm

Thank you for the great video! I am thinking of getting the C1 model. Will the price drop further when the C2s are released?

  37. Ninja Neven on April 2, 2022 at 7:40 pm

You’re making it hard on me and not want to get the 48-in because apparently the 42 inch that HDTV got was a WBC panel and not a WBE.

  38. Tim Robinson on April 2, 2022 at 7:42 pm

ATT, what I want to know and others will agree here is, have they let you push the peak brightness to "high" under game mode? this is going to be a huge deciding factor for some

  39. I HAVE THE DOCUMENTS on April 2, 2022 at 7:45 pm

Like virtually everyone, I want to know about the 42 inch one, as it’s most important.

  40. Mickey 84 on April 2, 2022 at 7:45 pm

They should release the same firmware for the c1. Guess the c1 can handle the same features.

  41. Jade Louise on April 2, 2022 at 7:47 pm

I have a Samsung 2019 Qled I’m still in two minds about the C1 or the C2 for my first oled😭

  42. ChouPigu on April 2, 2022 at 7:47 pm

The IR blaster in front of the PS5 is giving me giggles.

  43. UserInterface00 on April 2, 2022 at 7:47 pm

Vincent from HDTVTest mentioned that BFI was removed when playing at 120Hz. So you might want to wait until the Sony specs come out if this is important to you.

  44. Paul Jenkins on April 2, 2022 at 7:47 pm

Thank you for a very comprehensive and useful video.

  45. charlie wright on April 2, 2022 at 7:48 pm

The colour volume and colour saturation looks to be massively improved this year can you confirm?

  46. lucian1984 on April 2, 2022 at 7:50 pm

What about motion resolution and motion blur? Why doesn’t the "reviewer" mention anything about BFI? Where is the UFO test from BlurBuster’s to evaluate persistance blur?
    Another useless youtube TV review…

  47. Chris Bullers on April 2, 2022 at 7:51 pm

I dont know whether Im going to get a C1 or a C2, but the 48" is definitely not redundant as a size. I cant accomodate a 55" as a bedroom and gaming TV, but sit too far from it for a 42" to be optimal. Any thoughts on how long the C1 will be sold alongside the C2?

  48. TRIDENT D5 on April 2, 2022 at 7:51 pm

Can you please share with me the demo you’re using for the video? Is it from a YouTube channel or USB

  49. Ananth Prem on April 2, 2022 at 7:52 pm

Regarding Picture in Picture, I’ve gotten it to work on my LG C1 (UAE), but only in specific modes. I was extending my Mac screen using Airplay (in the small window), and having a HDMI input source (Android TV box) as the main input. It doesn’t work with console – tried opening Xbox instead of android tv box and it took me out of PIP.

    How to:
    1. Start the screen sharing via Macbook.
    2. Click the Blue button on the remote
    3. Change HDMI source to input from external source (not gaming console).

    Hope this helps!

  50. Frozenbizkit on April 2, 2022 at 7:52 pm

Ended up getting the LG C1 48" brilliant tv.. Best I’ve ever owned.
