Uno más del montón con este refrigerador el año pasado lg tenía un refrigerador con pantalla táctil y respuesta de control a vos para mostrar sobre la pantalla transparente recetas ver Google internet etc y ver lo q contenía adentro NoC q le pasa y su motor es estúpido no se usa al máximo solo crea más hielo encima de los productos para mantenerlos x más tiempo pero anteriormente no se hacía eso y lo mantenían hasta 3 o 4 semanas sin hielo q diablos le pasó y NoC para q tocar el vidrio osea retrocedió para no fregarla solo crearon el detalle d crear bolas d hielo para resaltar y la gente ingenua compra altoque pésima refri mi calificación 3/10 para ser 2021 una refri sin conexión a internet ni pantalla es un total fracaso y el diseño es horrible parece un ropero no una refri.

It’s a shame that we can’t get these fridges in Europe. In USA & Canada, the freezers have drawers and above it’s french doors. In Europe, with french door models, we only get doors below for the freezer as well. Inside are six small compartments. The big sliding drawers shown in this video are so much more clever and space-saving. I don’t know why these models arent produced here more often.

NO light on dispenser! No Light button, no option to have it stay on. We just received ours after waiting almost 6 months for it. I ordered it in Dec. 2020 and it was delivered yesterday. We had the previous counter depth version, without craft ice, but we left it with our previous house we just sold. It was stainless and we wanted black stainless in the new house. We loved that fridge and it gave us 3+ years of trouble-free operation. There’s one thing I’m very disappointed about in this new version: they took away the light in the dispenser! It only activates when you use the dispenser. I’ve always kept mine on for a nightlight and for the nice effect it gave to the dispenser during the day. This is supposed to be a high end fridge and it’s the first one I’ve ever had, in 20+ years, that didn’t have that feature. I’m thinking I might return it due to them silently doing away with it. Which rocket scientist at LG thought that would be a good idea to do? It cost $4,000. Maybe if there was the possibility of downloading a software patch for it. Then I could at least turn it on from my phone. I have mine connected to wifi, the app, and Alexa.

Definitely seems amazing!! But after reading comments here and on instagram it doesn’t seem like your appliances nor customer service is that great!! If you have more complaints than complements then you should really take a step back and perfect your product and customer service! I hope to find these sane features in a different brand. Ots a Shane because I really love what I see but I don’t want to have regrets later😫

Really liked the craft ice idea, very cool. But I couldn’t get over just how cheap the crisper drawers felt. Completely empty with no weight on them, I feel like I was handling a priceless trinket. No Thanks

Mine was less than 3 years old, paid $3500 for it. With over $500 of food spoiled. Another class lawsuit is coming. Read about the class lawsuit against LG online before you buy. They should stop LG from selling refrigerators all together.

Got cheated big time buying LG refrigerator and Airconditioner. Not at all durable. Problems started in 1 year and worst service. They have charged for gas refill three times but still issue not resolved.

Why doesn’t these company’s do a high tek under counter fridge with freezer, instead they just have 2 meter high fridge freezer. Not everyone’s got a family, it could also be useful for a holiday home etc
