If someone was to get this laptop I would suggest to upgrade the ram from a single channel 8gb so a dual channel 16gb. The frames will be better in the games you want for an extra 40$

Does it run genshin impact smoothly?
Buying it from hp or best buy it’s around 970 but it’s still worth it being under 1000 I still love it perfect for a casual gamer .
Idk if this is the model I have, but all I do is have it plugged in 24/7 for higher performance, and it runs everything I’ve put it through, it seemed to have trouble with Dying Light sometimes but it’s not consistent.
Overall, it’s good for travel and only real downsides are ventilation and space.

I got this computer and I don’t really like it at all. I’m a pc noob and I just don’t understand. Im struggling to get 50 FPS on Minecraft. Also for some reason In the settings it doesn’t let me updates to the windows update or whatever. It just doesnt make sense at all

I bought a hp pavilion gaming desktop which is the pc version of this and it would not stay connected to wifi and it would just not do what it said it would do and I just wanted to know if this one would do the exact same thing

my pc goes to 80 degrees Celsius playing minecraft, its this laptop. i didnt know it then but apperently its an issue

Mine comes with 1660ti and also its 144hz instead of just 60hz
If I had to make an educated guess,
I would say this lap top is not all that great for high performance gaming.
High performance gaming if I had to guess is running allot more cpu because of graphics and sound as well as a bazillion different factors.
If I set up reaper on this lap top and used it to record multiple guitar tracks, multiple vocal tracks, multiple bass tracks, multiple synth tracks, and run eq and standard vsts.
I’m guessing that probably doesn’t run up nearly as much cpu as a hard core video game.
Because there is no graphics.
There is no multi functional programing involving joy sticks or mass gaming storage.
I would imagine that it would be ideal for YouTube videos and Music Production more so than HELL ON EARTH gaming.
I could be wrong though.
My crap 200 buck lap top survived 7 months with all that before crashing.
So how much more will this survive.
So I’m guessing its perfect for Reaper and Rock Music production?

I got this 3 years ago for 400 bucks
I’m disappointed with these numbers.
My 4500u is bogged down with 2666hz ram and puts down similar numbers.
It has 32gb of ram but still.
What hp pavilon model u recommend : all llaptops are similar price in my country

It’s 750+ on the hp website and the specs are worse than this
I got a Dell Inspirion 7k Gaming Laptop i got a gtx 1050 TI is this better? this laptop is old too so i bought it in 2016 still works great!
These have tons of problems 90% of them are the laptop completely crashing and not being able to be used again after a couple of week or months
Might buy this next year since I’ve always wanted a gaming Laptop like this!
