I suspected my refrigerator! It is about an 80 model (amazing it still works well). I am single (love alone) and have considered buying a small frig thinking it would use a lot less energy. The family size frig is a waste since I don’t need all that space. I wasn’t even think about how newer appliances are more energy efficient. But, that may significantly lower my bill.

Basically anything that heats up that is plugged into an outlet is 1500 watts. Your big appliances are 4000 watts. TV’s are 130 watts. Gaming consoles are 300 watts. Everything else is 5w.

Of course these are rough estimates. Older consoles use less than newer ones, incandescent light bulbs use more than led, and TV size will change it’s usage.
