In today’s video, I review my home skin tightening machines and treatments, summarise where each one has helped the most, cover my routine and then rank them from most effective to least effective. I cover my home radiofrequency skin tightening machine, my Mini HIFU Home Ultherapy device, my Derma Pen, TCA 30% Peel, Microcurrent EMS, and my plasma fibroblast pen.
I’ve tried to be as detailed as possible, but remember – these are the results I have experienced. Not everyone is the same and creating a personalized skin treatment plan is a good idea.

Im looking for something to tighten the loose skin under my chin! Ive been researching for weeks. I have no fat at all. Just a bit saggy skin under my chin. Please advise. Will this help? What will help?

Hi TJ is there any good at home devices that can help tighten my neck.. the sides of my neck really crease when I turn my head and have done for the past 20 years.. I don’t have permanent lines but would love to tighten the skin somehow. Thanks 😊

I love my Dr. Pen, but I don’t have the other devices. It sounds like you are using a short needle length for your microneedling.
I’ve had good results using 1mm on most of my face, and 1.5 on my acne scars. Some people may have to use numbing cream at that length, but for me it really depends on what area I’m doing.
I may switch to 0.75 for my eye, nose, and upper lip area.
I had a fairly large boxcar scar that has completely filled in. I’m still working on the hyperpigmentation, but it has faded significantly. I suspect that the microneedling may be especially helpful for depressed acne scars, even over the other devices.
It takes several days for my skin to look normal again after I stab the hell out of it, but overall it has really helped with my scarring. You have to suffer for beauty.
Your eyebrows really look lifted, evn though I haven’t seen any before pictures. I’m still working on the loose skin around my eyes.

Excellent!! Can you further explain about the effects of facial fat loss, 1:55 in the video, with RF and any of the other devices? My needs are lower face tightening and droopy eyelids, but I have a thin face and mature skin so I don’t want to lose any volume. How should I use to create lift without fat loss? Hopefully not too tricky, but quite important. Thank you so much! Your video was very informative and well organized.

I used my Mini HIFU yesterday but haven’t noticed any improvement. How often should you use it? Considering I am using Dr. Pen M8 as well.
It’s funny I was wondering when someone was going to do a video on all these items. I’m starting to build a collection & don’t know what to get next. I like my dr pen 8 & peels. Where do you get pure tca? What do you mix it with? I save my peels for fall. But I definitely need to step up my game.

My tools and devices are:
1. Dermarollers (0.3 mm daily and 0.5 mm monthly)
2. Microcurrent device (5 days/week)
3. Silicone neck pad (nightly)
4. EMS device (3 – 5 days/week)
5. Gold beauty bar (used prior to microcurrent)
6. Anma massage tool
7. Intense Pulsed Light
These are the order of my most favourite.
#1 – #3 are all tied for favourite as I see great results from all 3.
The jade roller and germanium roller I did not get good enough results from to include in the list. Occasionally I still use them.
A High Frequency machine has been ordered. This was bought to get rid of those pesky under eye bags. 👜👁👁👜
… but I am looking forward to using this also on my face, neck, and hands.

Use Vertere Restorative Night Cream over retin-a no matter where you apply your retin-a and you will never have flaky or right skin. It makes retin-a work so much better so you don’t experience the downsides of retin-a. Worked wonders for me!

Hi, I visited the Amazon shops in UK. Why are there two RF machines? Which one is the one you recommend? I am confused 😅
I started with dermaroller, then derminator, then plasma fibroblast pen and now just got my mini HIFU. Next will probably be derminator with some beneficial serum, not sure what. Btw I have dermarolled more than 30 times on my face

I love your list and completely agree! I love the results I get with using my derma pen then I use my snow plasma pen. It really gives me great results! Also the hifu has really helped me maintain and helps lift my hooded eyes even more. It also helps tighten my stomach where I’ve lost that elasticity from having my kiddos. I can’t thank you enough for recommending all of these products to me 😊🥰 I’m going to get back into using them starting tonight!
