I love Easy off oven cleaner, but it’s kind of expensive. I wanted to see if it was any better than Dollar Tree oven cleaner. I tested both on a difficult oven mess to see which one really worked the best. This is fun to watch and the results surprised me.

Cleaning the oven is no fun, so we like to test to see what really works the best. But we also want to know the cleanest, easiest, and if possible, the least expensive way to clean. And does fume free really matter when it comes to oven cleaner??
Fume free for me too, or the self clean setting on the oven isn’t too bad and it’s non-toxic! My Maytag has Aqualift technology.👍
The Dollar Tree cleaner cleans great, but holy cow, yes, the fumes are insane. I’m very tolerant to chemicals as my mom was a house cleaner, but even for me, I felt like I couldn’t breathe with the Dollar Tree brand and it had my gasping for fresh air.

My Dollar Tree does carry a Fume Free version! The can is blue similar to the Easy Off. Ask the manager of your Dollar Tree to order it.
do you need a gas mask for protection in the event of fumes? I have one from WWII that I found in army/navy store
I had te same black spots.. All you gotta do is heat up oven just to make it warm then turn it off then spray and 123 it was so easy to remove
I used a razor blade to scrape off the heavy baked on spilled juice, then I use my oven cleaner overnight. No problem!
JUST USE BI CARB BKING SODA. So many these harsh chemicals in those oven cleaners
I think I’ll try the fume free Easy Off. A few bucks is just a drop in the bucket.

I am cleaning a move out house and holy cow, I made the foolish decision to buy the Dollar Store brand and it is so bad…I sprayed and sprayed and then left it overnight…I went and got East off and it’s gone
Dollar tree brand doesn’t have a strong odor whatsoever to me and it works
I love the Dollar Tree brand, it works just fine for me because I wipe up spills immediately. The Dollar Tree brand I have to let set for a longer period of time.

My oven is white and it has this stickiness to it and I tried soap and water and a towel doesn’t work and I’ve used a scrubing Pad but it scrapes off the paint what do you recommend?
