Can the Nutribullet do hummus well or does that need more “finesse”?

  2. mexico86 on April 18, 2022 at 7:13 pm

You have kale in your teeth.

What if frothy is what you want?

  4. Tanya M. Cherry on April 18, 2022 at 7:15 pm

Cause if you all I purchased my first vitamix couple of years ago and it is fantastic!! I brought the pro 750 with a ten year warranty

  5. Kirisame Marisa on April 18, 2022 at 7:19 pm

So if I can make anything that vitamix can in a blender under 100$ why should i buy the more expensive one?

I can make mayo like a normal human being, using simple bowl and a whisk.

Can you do a review of WantJoin blenders? They are like 1800W blenders and less than $100.

  7. Mark Wilko on April 18, 2022 at 7:19 pm

Would love if you would mention where each one is made…
That is important with everything I buy…
I would rather swap brand than support a country that still has legal or state sponsored slavery etc…
I mostly care about the countries with extreme problems but that includes mainland China which makes it hard these days.. (Taiwan is fine as a great pro freedom country)

  8. Chicken Tender on April 18, 2022 at 7:20 pm

Definitely Vitamix! Bought mine in 2002, never any problems.

  9. Shimmy X on April 18, 2022 at 7:20 pm

Hi thank you for the video, not sure your other videos follow this same format, but I was actually hoping you’d mention each of the blenders you did, as the testing methods you use seem quite in-depth and would really help when choosing a machine based on personal preference as usually at each price range they are quite similar minus a few specifics.

  10. Stevie Z on April 18, 2022 at 7:23 pm

Bought a Vitamix a few years ago, and haven’t regretted it for one second. Soups, smoothies, CRAZY good peanut butter, and frozen drinks – all perfect.

  11. Wilmark Johnatty on April 18, 2022 at 7:24 pm

They never test the professional waring blenders. This makes me suspect all of the equipment reviews at ATK. I have tried many of these high end blenders. the Waring Commercial MX1200XTX which sells for less than vitamix is the best blender i have ever used. And its an actual professional model, so if you use it in your business, they wont void the warranty. Vitamix will void the warranty.

    Gear Heads !

    Yeah Baby.

  13. LD Lee on April 18, 2022 at 7:28 pm

I have both — an over 10-year-old 5200 and an immersion blender stick. I use the 5200 more but I don’t add the greens. I prefer juicing the greens. I know it’s healthier to blend the greens to include the fiber, but I find it too thick.

  14. Peggy Underhill on April 18, 2022 at 7:30 pm

Get a refurbished machine from Vitamix. They come with a 5 year warranty, new carafes and are good as new and less expensive. I’ve had my 5200 for seven years and it’s going strong.

    Useful!

  16. Funny Girl on April 18, 2022 at 7:37 pm

mayonnaise is made by hand easily. no product from phillips? I like, that they have glas containters. the lower price range from their series is a winner for me

  17. Joshua Fox on April 18, 2022 at 7:38 pm

Go test a vitamix on real sized ice cubes !!! PS don’t really cause you’ll break the container !!!! Most smoothies are made with ice but normal sized ice cubes will break the container

  18. Monica Rodriguez on April 18, 2022 at 7:38 pm

Which between the two lower priced blenders makes a silkier smoothie? That’s my big problem right now. Current blenders I have don’t make it smooth

  19. Freedomcat on April 18, 2022 at 7:38 pm

I have a Ninja pro blender. Good Mythical Morning tested it and that convinced me. They do wierd tests. It was a deadpool happy meal toy that killed it.

  20. Juan Cruz on April 18, 2022 at 7:40 pm

Have you guys compared the New vitamix models? Or the food processor attachment?

  21. Eric Jones on April 18, 2022 at 7:42 pm

When I bought my Oster 1200, I looked long and hard at the Vitamix. I just could not get past the plastic jar. The Oster had a glass jar for $60 and that was the selling point for me. If Vitamix went back to the steel container they used to use I would buy one in a minute.

  22. Ray Riley on April 18, 2022 at 7:44 pm

why do you call something with a handle and a pour spout a jar. Looks like a pitcher to me.

  23. M D on April 18, 2022 at 7:46 pm

AMAZING REVIEW. LOVE YOUR channel, I was unsure of what blender to buy and I trust you so much I bought what you suggested without hesitation. Please keep it up

So which one will last for 10 years?

  25. NYCBrat on April 18, 2022 at 7:47 pm

Why do you keep removing my comment? Are we not allowed to favor a brand of appliance you didnt cover in this particular video??

  26. Luz Tirado on April 18, 2022 at 7:48 pm

I have an inexpensive Hamilton Beach blender. I made Puerto Rican eggnog last night, but I noticed that it doesn’t really blend at the highest speed and the jar doesn’t hold enough liquid. I am now on the market for a new one. There is no way I’m gonna spend $500 for a blender. though…

  27. Eric on April 18, 2022 at 7:48 pm

I used to work in the kitchen so I’ve used that vitamix before I just wasn’t sure if it was worth it for me for the price. However I want to start making more soups. I made a roasted vegetable soup the other week that was incredibly delicious and healthy but with the immulsion handheld blender it was quite a messy and lenghty process which still wasn’t completely smooth. I forget the brand I have, it’s pretty decent I mean I use it for making pesto but even soft cooked vegetables in liquid was too big a task for it.

Anyway, I’ll have to look into this a bit more but thanks for the video.

  31. MrRondonmon on April 18, 2022 at 7:52 pm

When I was a kid (70s) my mom had a vitamix and our Uncle (Chicken was his nickname) used to make the best smoothies, one day me and my sis came in and the smoothies were only half made and the top was off, and no one was a home, so we finished it up making the smoothies and drank them up. About 25-30 minutes later my mom came home and told us that Uncle Chickens had lost two fingers in an accident and asked us what we did with the smoothies, well, all I can say is those were some of the best Chicken Fingers I have ever eaten.

(TRUE STORY…Not)🤣👌👍😎…Now, me and my best friend in Alabama , a black guy named Preston, (no sheet THIS IS TRUE) actually did sneak up to a Police Station one fourth of July, it was hot so they had the two front doors open, tile floors, and the Radio Guy was about 20 yards back, and we had a cop called Willy Puss because he shot a cat in the alley 6 times (LOL…I swear) and ole Willy was standing there talking to Kirk the Radio guy, me and Preston parked out bicycles in the back alley snuck up to the two wide open doors 😊and each took out an M-80 when M-80s were beasts explosions, and slid them down the hall (after lighting them), and ran like hell, got on our bikes and took off down the alley between houses, about 5 seconds after we started running, we heard BOOM……………BOOM. I bet they had Brown shorts that night, and yes, we were mean as hell in the 70s. I repented a long time ago. So don’t give me no lip.

  32. Frank Lake on April 18, 2022 at 7:52 pm

I have a vitamix that was under salt water from a hurricane, it sat underwater for two days, I put it in a 5gallon bucket of fresh water and forgot it, a week later pulled it out and let it dry, opened it up and sprayed it with some wd40, that was 10 years ago and it’s still running

  33. A A on April 18, 2022 at 7:52 pm

Vitamix’s PLASTIC containers easily stain, mar or disintegrate fr just a tad of lemon or lime juice. Also, we are ingesting micro plastics with their darn plastic container. Wish they offered a glass container instead. They do have a stainless steel container, but it’s not tall and thin, and it’s expensive.

  34. lennert cornette on April 18, 2022 at 7:53 pm

‘all this embarrassing moments in the office’….I use a 40 euros blender and never ever had something stuck in my teeth. Women and the imaginary problems they come up with, unbelievable.

  35. Angélica Suárez on April 18, 2022 at 7:55 pm

My mom has one of those old blenders with a Glass pitcher but now that I am living on my own, all I see is plastic pitchers for all those expensive blenders. How do they do after blending onions or cilantro which have a strong odor?? With glass, pitchers remains clean but what about that plastic they are made of? Does the smell stick to the plastic as all food processors do even after several washes?

My Roommate was moving to another state and they sold me their vitamix for $100

To this day it’s the best deal for the value I’ve ever stumbled on

  38. Debbie Rosa on April 18, 2022 at 8:01 pm

I love your reviews, they feel very true and honest! I have a small space and have been interested in all in one blenders that have the food processor, blender and smoothie jar. There aren’t too many options, and sometimes it’s not possible to get everything in one, but man would it save me space! Can you try a review in all in one blenders?

  39. Blue Screen on April 18, 2022 at 8:02 pm

I mostly use a blender to powder things that I freeze dried. I need one that does a better job than the old blender that we have had for almost 20 years. Recommendations welcome.

Wonderful reviews to watch before I buy one. Thank you so much!

  41. Redridge07 on April 18, 2022 at 8:04 pm

Interesting about the narrow container, the newest generation vitamix containers are wide.

  42. Wayne D on April 18, 2022 at 8:04 pm

You tested blenders with plastic containers , not for me , ill stick with my Oster classic 8with glass container its as old as me 1966 vintage & still goes strong , it was my grandmas

    What about vacuum blenders?

  44. D M on April 18, 2022 at 8:05 pm

I have a vita mix. I will never use another blender!

  45. belinda stringer on April 18, 2022 at 8:05 pm

*2nd time buying this product. Love that its very easy and quick to use **MyBest.Kitchen** also easier for me to clean compared to a standard sized blender. Please do not overfill the container or use too much peanut butter as it will break the rotor.*

Can you put cooked ham in the blender.?

    I like ham salad

Can you put cooked chicken in the blender?

    I like chicken salad! 😍

Got my 5200 for 280 on Amazon yesterday. Honestly at that price it’s a no brainer.

  48. lv2keepfit 49 on April 18, 2022 at 8:10 pm

love my Vitamix! Nothing compares … it’s worth the investment.

  49. 2010stoof on April 18, 2022 at 8:11 pm

I got the KitchenAid immersion blender 3 speed. For the price it’s great. I used it for the longest time for milk shakes ( which is tough on it and it’s great) but now I’ll be using my 5200.
Also, Mayo with immersion blender can’t be beat. Try it. Trust me lol

  50. L Good on April 18, 2022 at 8:12 pm

What about ice and frozen fruit? Frozen fruit has killed so many of my blenders.
