I have SK10Y from LG with rear speaker SPK-8 and probably blows away the Bose with ease. It’s surround, has top speakers, and if you want more bass then turn it up in the menu. Also what I noticd is the sub is depending on where you place it. So maybe you did not set it up well. Just place it in the same place does not mean its in the best place for the system.
I have always love Bose Sound Equipments even when they launch their first Home Cinema Sounds Systems 👌 for me they are absolutely one of the greatest pure sound quality and after i moved to my new home, i directly brought this Bose 700 including Subwoofer 💪😁🔊🔊🔊😘 i just love it and gona buy 1-2 extra for future use 😅

Not reliable. The Siri’s connection is not reliable and I have to reset several times. Remote is also not great. Siri’s connection is unreliable. For the price I’m not happy. The subwoofer seems lacking. Sonos seems to be more reliable and accurate in performance. Your paying for a high price so something that’s inconsistent and random problems with the Siri’s connection.

Can someone please answer this: Is it possible to connect a non-Bose subwoofer to the Bose 700 soundbar or only a Bose subwoofer will work?
They sound pretty good with movies but music playback sucks so I sold mine and got the Sonos arc with 2 subs and surrounds made a HUGE difference way better than the Bose imho
Bose always surprise me with performance ( in reviews never experiences it for real) but I’m in love with this brand. Right now it’s over budget for me, but someday I will have them.

As a soundbar I like the Klipsch more, it does what soundbars are meant to do best with just providing mids and highs with a bump in volume for voices, leave the bass to a subwoofer because it’ll just sound distorted or muddy when the soundbar tries to do all that bass. But I suppose if you like low distortion and a warmer tone the Bose may be your cup of tea. The sub sounds really good though. Just my opinion though.

Great Job JRR. Just found your channel. I had the LG SN9YG and replaced it with the Bose 700 Soundbar and base module and it blows the LG out of the water even with no atmos. Like you said the mids, highs and much clearer and crisp and the base tighter. I wasn’t a Bose “guy” but wow. Cheers!

I own Bose 700, It is the best for music, that’s about it. Sennhiser beats them all when it comes to cinematic effects.
The guy is way too cool. It bothers me. Jk. His shirts are way too nice. His hair doesn’t have one single hair out of place. And he is way too comfortable in front of the camera. Too smooth bro. Stop it. Lol
Bose was the third best of these sound bars. Sounded like there was a tunnel even if it wasn’t. Klipsch sounded most natural.
I just bought a Bose 300 Soundbar and will be getting the Bose 500 subwoofer. I keep going back and forth trying to decide if I should just get the JBL 9.1 system that comes with the soundbar and the subwoofer . JBL has 3D sound that when I heard it playing its almost as if I could feel the sound too. I know Bose has deep rich bass and nice sound clarity
